High PE ratio.Only if profits go up in the next few quarters, this stock will fly.

Few reasons for director selling:
1. To create panic and buy at a lower price later
2. Director predicts the profit for next few quarters not good
3. Director needs money to settle personal debts.

1. HDD drives may do well in next few quarter due to demand for more work from home products
2. ABS system for automotive may do well if they are outsourcing it to overseas. If local market, not going to make good profit.
3. EMS segment maybe good, if overseas clients demand. Digital camera segment probably pick up only when covid cases reduce. and travel returns to precovid level.
4. Healthcare products: Too many competitors.
5. Oil and gas products: Partnership with Saudi..depends on crude oil demand and supply.

Good points:
Good balance sheet
Directors still holding huge percentage of shares

Bad points:
High PE ratio
Poor profit margin
Overdiversifying
No dividend

In conclusion, better to concentrate on their core business instead of venturing into multiple business. These company is very confusing, so many will stay away from this type of stock.Overdiversifying may not be a good idea.

This company also in EV business, albeit wider expansion into healthcare. Whether the company can hit 1bil revenue in FY22 or FY23, time will tell.

Still waiting to see who has taken up the 15mil shares sold by Choo. Maybe the new shareholder will emerge, I suspect is a VC fund.

With management giving emphasis on healthcare segment which isn't their core business instead of focusing on EMS,ABS system and HDD this stock will fall below 50 cents. This is a company which puts their hand in too many cookie jars to promote their stock and get burnt.
