The are some question regarding the trespass issue which still uncertain:
1. How many area being trespass?
2. How many production being affected ?
3. How come the plant able to setting up without owner permission in first place as normally the company need do site surveying and submit a report to authority every month, don tell me u don know how to read the border line and layout plan.

Basically the Landlord and lease tenant are believed to be the same person in control.why killing each other then? There is only one thing l can figure out is that the very same guy wanna teach somebodies( those who are against him) a hard reason by depressing the share price on purpose, triggering margin calls to them in an unexpected turmoil.

Once his purpose has been well'served ,it would be normalised.

If so that means such issue of trepass does occur.....then the fl cfo is feeding what type of data to the group...these certainly heading to court tussle and production halt....if on uneven factors occur could lead to pn 17. Then major disaster

From the info, it show that Bahvest plant were setup in accordance with mining plan submitted to EPD Sabah......correct me if i am wrong......

But the mining is hold by south sea as they are the one whom do the sub lease to bahvest, which mean main holder of the eia so which mean whole area.

In which does it determine om such course the authority consider is fine cox the main holder is south sea and not bahvest even the layout plan have trespass cause not complain from main holder?

Bahvest have the right mine for 30 years that from last reading. But if the factory landed on tresspass area wuth main holder didnt raise to it up till now, doesnt indicate any violation?

Back to the question is doest bahvest trespass south sea land? Authority consider holding southsea as holder of full mining rights and sub lease to bahvest. So ownership of mining lincense is south sea

Authority take the eia submition as southsea as the lincenses holder....can i assume it is like these

Is a cimplicated issue cox eia is approved to southsea

If bahvest really trespassing the land without permission or contract, then bahvest have no choice but to remove it thing although owner didn't sound for long time. Therefore I say this trespassing definition is very uncertain in here.
