* But no new factory in the sublease land,how to do gold mining ?
* Need to build the New factory but new factory costs money and time to build
* Share price will become cheaper but worthless .Why ? no new factory, no gold mining
* New investors can control the company by buying cheap shares to take over control
* New investors are required to put in more money to build the new factory
* Do you believe the new investors will put in more money to build the new factory ?

*Letter of demand has been duly served by DL to the company
*The Company has admitted of the trespassing publicly
*The Company has concluded indirectly and publicly that it is unable to pay compensation due to cashflow problem
*The company must pay DL the compensation and removal of the factory as demanded by DL within reasonable timeframe
*No compensation paid by the company , judgement debt will be obtained
*No removal of factory, injunction will be obtained to stop the operation of the factory
*Judgement debt will be enforced . Still no payment is made , assets of the company will be garnished
*Assets garnished = kiss and say goodbye
*Verdict on trespassing is confirmed by the Court. Still no removal of factory, factory will be demolished by force.

The above negativity is reflected in the current share price plummeting everyday.
Unless the above negativity is removed , I cant see the good prospect of this company

Only way out for the comlany and thise big fish is to sit down now. Is a now way out situation.

Counting om new business injecting in or what ever wouldmt materialize and takes time. Build new factory take time. Court take time. All these will kill rhe company if not pn 17 , will gn 3

* DL has nothing to lose
* He is set to get compensation of RM 21m for sure .
* No payment of compensation by the company , then the factory is used as a means for compensation
* In the end , DL owns the factory
* In the end, DL chucks out the existing BOD
* In the end, DL is in full charge and the share price is restored
* Meantime ,share price is slump
* DL capitalises on this slump by accumulating cheap shares
* DL can wait but others cant wait
* Many are half-dead if not dead meat by the time when the share price is restored
