* No compensation from the company, then the factory is used as a means of compensation

How are bahvest raise fund when they are serving some existing bank loan i assume as they running company, then priduction halt where to find support to sustain. Then dont talk about raising fun, is more like staying afloat the first step

* How much can it be fetched for sublease land with the remaining lease of 17 years to go ?
* Factory is specific to gold mining .Only gold mining companies of the same nature are keen to buy .
* How many gold mining company in Sabah or in Malaysia?
* Some plant and machinery are specific to gold mining and difficult to sell in general for the same reason above
* Some machinery and equipment like excavators are common which could be sold but at a much lower price after depreciation due to their heavy usage .
* On the above basis, do you really believe that the company can be successful in drawing investors to invest through the right issue /Private placement / direct equity funding?

Believe me it no need any fundamental to raise fund through right issue /Private placement / direct equity funding in Bursa....they just need to write the story like built another factory / pay loan / business conversion....there are so many counter in Bursa now doing this .......

Then is depends on the opponent groups that they are willing or not to do so. Spending much much more. Aint it better to talk it thru or invest in something else

PN17 or not is not an issue, Airasia, AAX all in PN17 they are still there...the bigger worry is you know what it is coming. No sight of rebound until the EGM is over. Till then, dont catch a falling knife for now

I think you re read the annoucement and the details. As i did and some player did as well. The rm 60 k rental is the sublease. Whereby the 300k is the factory and others structure thats enter into rhe trepass clause.

Current CEO still is DL. Unless he sold his shares entirely today. If he sold all, either he wants to mine it himself. Or.. he will look for other ppl to mine it. Which means FL also need pay 20mil and continuous payment to dig.. if only DL agreed to it.

DL has nothing to lose? As the biggest shareholders of Bahvest, DL who hold 199,532,490 units definitely got more to lose, at least , in term of financially.
At Rm0.40, his holding is worth Rm79.813 mil, but with today shar eprice of Rm0.14, his holding is worth only Rm27.935 mil, which is Rm51.878mil lesser, not even near to the Rm21 mil compensation which he getting.

but then again, maybe he is rich enough to swallow the nett Rm31mil losses for the sake of pride?
