Injunction is futile. When Bahvest is sitting on the trespassed , they are already found to be guilty. Sublease agreement spells out very loud and clear the right of lessor and lessee. Concession is out of the question here. The Big gun behind is said to be furious of the new management of meddling with the affairs they are not supposed to

The fish monger did the right thing by employing Wagner thugs to disrupt Bahvest mining operations. It has actually strengthen Bahvest's injunction application. Come July 17th, the fish monger will have no choice but to sell off entirely Southsea, the concession owner to Bahvest. See if the fish monger dare to go against the injunction. Mining operation will soon start...

Even before the extraction operation starts , the cash stricken Bahvest is required to pay compensation of RM 7 million to southsea , failing which complete shutdown of operation is expected. There is a deadline for injunction. DL is expected to wait till 17th July .It is expected that the said injunction will not be extended following which DL will whack Bahvest hard .

Food from rivers ,lakes and jungle are fresh.Use generators but in future can use solar.Water are clean river water however we drink Bottle Aqua only.

Fish Monger has not seen yet LOD (Letter of Demand) which is on the way to his table: Plant equipment damages in lieu of intended malice to destroy property, and plant temporary impairment causing lost production and thus lost income generation. Equipment 1.5 M, Impairment causing lost income: RM 0.5 M per day x 14 days = RM 7 mil.
Bahvest demand for reimbursement : 6 Mil Total Fishmonger to raise: RM 14.5 M

If like this, Fishmonger better run to the land with pygmy elephants to repent and do animal welfare care-taking.

Those counter claims are subject to be challenged to be determined by the court at the later stage , which could not be used to offset against the confirmed compensation of RM 7 M . Bahvest must pay 1st before the counter claims are to be heard at different intervals.

@youarewelcome88, I think Fishmonger was not paid 20.4 mil, according to his initial knee jerk demand to scare Kretam Iceman. They sat down and reset the condition to a non claimable deposit of 13 mil, as terms to enter into further negotiations. The first tranche paid was the 6mil, which Bahvest wants to recover from fishmonger.
Fishmonger can only create difficulties through rough+tough measures. To undertake a corporate raid, no way, He sold due to margin call and now wants to buy higher, well he is an Ah beng indeed, if that is the case. Most probably, he is still in contention because forum members are breathing life into him, whereas in reality he has already lost the plot. Bro, itu orang got no talent or skill to be a corporate player. Best he join Bung Mukhtar, and become his PA and carry Bung's luggage when they travel together.

To enter into further negotiation , full deposit of RM 13 M must be paid as a prerequisite condition. Any shortfall or partial payment will jeopardise the nego. RM 6 M is still falling short of RM 13M. RM 7 M must be paid before any nego process can be proceeded otherwise more lawsuits will be entertained.
