Bro, remember he was under remand and then brought before the court for hearing after MACC apprehended him and his marauding vampires...? He is a Latuk vampire and surely he pleads not guilty. So this is recorded, and therefore he must prove his innocence in court when his number is up.. So his case is not absolved yet.
Currently he is like a loan default victim chased by Ah longs. On the front is the pending court case due to gold under declaration with the state, at his back is Kretam's legal action to prove Dracula's breach of fiduciary duty, on his left is the police investigation on the alleged fraud to collect 20 million from Bahvest, and on his right might be his master who needs to shut him up to prevent their public exposure. In horse terminology, he is trapped and stuck with nowhere to go, its like he can't even see the light of day.

Believe me, there are so many walking as free man roaming about, but anxiety, tension and sleepless nights will catch up to them, b4 their turn to appear in court.
