Chinaboleh. Use the Q3 results to compare like with like. Kangar EPS is 0.14 sen; YTD EPS is 0.22 sen. Genetec's EPS Q3 is -0.58 sen; YTD is 1.6 sen. Genetec's performance was more consistent.

We should cross that bridge if it comes. The future is not for us to see. The bottom line: YTD Genetec's a profitable company. Unless Q4 is terribly bad, it will still remain profitable for whole year. The trend towards automation favours its business.

Director sold because the price was hyped up to over 30 sen. I would also sell if I am the director and knew that the coming quarter results will be a loss. That's why be careful of the so called 'market movers'. There is every reason to suspect that they work hand in hand with the insider bangsats.

1st step is consolidate 10 shares become 1,
2nd step is propose right issues with free warrant,
3rd step is reduce par value to reduce debts / losses.

of course it's bad news...genetec quarter results like shit...then with shares consolidation....at current price will become 1.50....tell me who wants to buy 1.50 shares at times like this??... it will fall until at least 0.08 cents before consolidation...Gluck to those still holding

After consolidation, share price more than RM 1.00,

enetec Technology Bhd plans a share consolidation of every 10 existing shares into one consolidated share to reduce fluctuation in its share price.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Genetec said the move to consolidate shares also encourages investors to view it as a long-term investment rather than a "penny stock" prone to speculative pressures.

Genetec said its issued and paid-up share capital as at Feb 25, 2016 was RM35.17 million comprising 351.73 million existing shares.

The group was also in the midst of implementing a special issue of up to 21.68 million new existing shares that represent 6.16% of its existing issued and paid-up share capital to Bumiputera investors approved by the government.

But Genetec Directors sold Genetec shares at 0.30 and 0.305 with handsome gain.They are not long-term investor but took opportunity when the price up.Now they
make proposal to cover actual scenario. No Bumiputera want to subscribes Genetec
shares because of this scenario (stupid proposal).
