share consolidation basically is to increase the company’s share price so as to generate interest in the company’s shares, especially fr institutional investors who may wish to only invest in shares above a certain threshold.

It is also to meet the minimum trading bid size to ensure its listing status. you can say it is a positive move

Felix Wang. When this type of news came out the share will sustain for a while then will go down slowly. Last time I also kena a fews counter like this. My remiser also told me the same story but later mati loh. Turun perlahan-lahan hingga tak bolih bangkit. See Liao.

Genetec core business depend on Hard Disc Drive {HDD} 84 % , Automotive Industry and Pharmaceutical 9 %, Semiconductor 7 %. Business in USA not doing well , Net profit in 1 st and 2 nd Q high because RM drop. Since now USD 1 - RM 3.90 { rm strenghthen] Genetec will suffer losses in coming quarter. Genetec Global Technologies subsidiary of Genetec was incorporated in USA since 2010, Selalu rugi teruk . Coming 4Q Genetec losses sure widen because of strenghten Rm and business in USA drop 62 %. That is why I always say we must take a long term view when we invest in a counter. Ringgit has strengthened because of Ms Janet Yellen's dovish tone and a stabilisation of oil price. US$ could go up once FED becomes more hawish again or when US interest rate spikes up more. If so, your Airasia could suffer too.

At current price, I would say that genuine selling dwindles. Much will depend on how the operator intends to play his game, pending any bad news, whether priced in or otherwise.

Sorry .I don't agree with u John 1234, Oil price in 2016 is around USD 30-45. Cannot touch more than 50 . I never check before with CNBC or BBC in my whole life . I just survey on my own and sometime discuss with my relative N friends who is more experience than me. Some of them are working as CEO in listed company and also politician That's why I said Genetec will suffer big losses in coming 4Q. I can gurantee Genetec Will report losses more than 5 million.

What cock are u talking . All the share control by big boss. Issue banyak mana pun tak jadi masalah. U go and check hapseng 3 years ago, Dah bagi bonus issue dan share bertambah banyak . Masa itu i baru beli rm 1.42 dan warrant only 38 sen.I jual Hapseng at rm 4.50 and warrant rm 3.00. Now u see the share shoot up above rm 7.50 and warrant above rm 5.85.Unbelieveable and unexpected . That time people also don"t believe Hapseng can shoot up so high. I predict around rm 5 and warrant above rm3.50. My friends said STEVEN u gila ke HApseng bolih ke naik begitu tinggi . I think Airasia CEO Tony Fernandes is always 10 times smarter than this talk crap guy. Instead of privatising the company, which he has to pay a lot more. Now he actually increases his stake of the company to 30%(as claimed by this guy) by paying RM 1.84 per additional private placement share.

Very smart move, indeed.

Everytime i get profit in stock market i will withdraw all the money { keuntungan yang di perolihi }and make another investment . Buy shop houses/apartment/ estate for longterm investment. Make sure don't invest all the money that you has won into stock market again. Itulah cara pelaburan saya hingga kini . Saya berjaya di sebabkan my sifu. Saya syorkan JUAL TERUS dan jangan beli lagi GENETEC. Saya memang jarang sekali melabur dalam ACE market tapi kalau nak melabur juga, Saya bolih recommended beberapa kaunter yang berpotensi di ACE market seperti Opensys, Oceancash,Mikromb,Esceram,Eduspec,DLL. Ramai yang beli pada harga 25 sen keatas dan sekarang tersangkut. Manager dan kakitangan GENETEC telah menjualkan hampir kesemua saham mereka semasa harganya melepasi rm 30 sen, Kini yang dok kutip cuma tinggal Kucing Kurap yang tidak sedarkan dirinya, Ingat wang susah mau cari. Barang keperluan meningkat setiap hari samada yang bolih makan atau sebaliknya melambung tak tentu arah. Biar berjimat dan membuat pelaburan dengan berhati-hati asal selamat.

I will give some detail on GENETEC end of April when I get the information from the Insider. We will know roughly revenue from end of February till end of April before 4 Q report. Be patient , . For the whole month of March revenue for GENETEC is around 1 million plus. I still wonder how much revenue can GENETEC dapat dan jumlah kerugian yang akan di alami di Q 4. He already comfirm with me 4 Q 100% loss tetapi jumlah lebih tinngi dari 3 Q. $$$$$$$ tidak dinyatakan.

Spaghetti, u always talk as if u can predict share prices but dare not take our challenges(so far 2, in terms of
Genetec Technology and Airasia target prices that u have set). I do not think I would like to waste my time arguing with u. It is no end.

For all others(including Spaghetti): I have already made it clear in the beginning. My investment style is suitable for all situations(price up or down). But it may not be suitable for your style as the cost structure is different. So,it is up to you whether you take a short or long term investment view about this counter. It may go down if the next quarterly report is really very bad. But it does not mean that it will go down forever. Business operates in cycles. Once the business picks up, the share price should follow.

If u are a short term trader/investor, u should exit this counter now if u are worried about next quarter's result. This is still a better price to exit than the price before I appeared, as a result of Spaghetti's continuous talk-down on the counter until it hit 12.5 sen.

The decision is yours. I am not here to influence your investment decisions. Do something that best fits your investment style.

I have said enough. I do not think I want to waste my time on this thread any more as I do not need any of your support for my plan to work.

But if this Spaghetti guy keeps on attacking me, I will not hesitate to do it on him too. There's a limit to one's tolerance.

Oversea market from GENETEC 2010 -2015 [ us] loss tak berhenti-henti.Local still ok but starting this years also drop almost 30 %.That's why Insider told me don't touch this counter at least 3 . Yesterday has a long conversation with insider about Genetec, He said Boss try to tahan at 13 cent but how long can tahan still a question. If market sentiment not so good GENETEC sure below 10 cent after 4 Q report. Insider said 2016/17/18. very bad for GENETEC. Net loss might above 10 million in coming years.NOTED.

Anyway, your target price for Airasia is RM 3 by this yearend. So, there is nothing for you to really shout about in this thread until this target price is hit by end of this year.

My blue chips investment can already give me good dividends(eg Public Bank, Maybank, Genting Berhad, etc) and capital gains to retire early. I just devote a small % of my overall investment to invest in a few selected penny stocks(that meet my trade plan) to enhance my returns.

I did not condemn your Airasia. I just expressed great doubts that your target price can be achieved by this yearend, even with the recent pte placement news.

As I said, do not disturb me any more. We just do not share any common investment style.
