I rather pump in Genetec rather than IFCA. Genetec share base is smaller, easier to push by big players. fundamentally posted a better PER than IFCA. and most importantly, I can get 3 times more units for the same amount invested into IFCA. Again this is not a buy/sell call. I'm just evaluating it on a different perspective.

If PE low why not Xinghe? Xinghe paid dividend as well but cannot be seen from Genetec.

If you are still holding something is wrong...take profit..you are just feeding the directors...they are all happily disposing via the open market. Everytime is the same modus operandi...but this time well...I must admit it rises very high..hahaha...above my expectation of 26 sen. Maybe more ikan bilis this time being caught now. Let it drop back to 15 sen...then collect for the next quarter. Same trend everytime for this stock.

See below...directors are disposing...not acquiring...when the stocks are up...ikan bilis caught...
I always hate stocks that are being disposed by directors...which means if the pilot jump out first from a plane...what does it tells you????

You probably notice that the director Tan Moon Teik only sold 3 millions out of 21 millions shares he has and not all 21 millions. This means they see more upside in the share price and hold on to the rest. Its FV is between RM0.36 and RM0.40.
