A closer look on the Cash Flow statement actually show that the company had repay a lot of debt which will is the silver lining. Will keep for another quarter as the 9 quarter cumulative still looking good.

Bad QR. Genetec is one of the company that gave me pocket money 2 months ago. I have sold all Genetec 2 months ago because there was a rumour mentioned that they work 4 days / week and proposed the company has no business. Today sounds like the rumour is true. Anyway hope the company can do better in next QR. I prefer to stay sideline for this counter.

For the current quarter ended 31 December 2015, the Group recorded revenue of RM19.8 million, a decrease of 49.6% over the corresponding quarter ended 31 December 2014 of RM39.3 million. As for the financial period to date, the Group’s revenue has increased by RM15.0 million (15.4%) as compared to the preceding year corresponding period.
For the current quarter ended 31 December 2015, the Group recorded a loss before taxation of RM1.3 million as compared to profit before taxation of RM1.7 million in the preceding year corresponding period. This was mainly caused by the lower sales volume achieved. As for the nine months period, the Group registered profit before taxation of RM8.4 million as compared to RM3.0 million in the preceding year corresponding period. The increased in profit before taxation was mainly attributable to higher sales volume achieved and recognition of foreign exchange gain.
