Noticed buying interest was lacking at the price of 0.155/0.16 though all 0.16 was eaten up near to closing. It shows people ady lost their faith on the counter. Those ady bought can consider take profit even though 0.05.

Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of Trive wishes to inform that Fortunate Solar has on 25 October 2017 novate the proposed joint venture establishment in the area of research and development, production, assembly, distribute and marketing of the solar systems with Trive to Jiangxi Fu Jing New Energy Technology Co. Ltd. (“JFJ”), an associate company of Fortunate Solar.

JFJ is a private limited company located in Guixi City, Jiangxi Province Economic Development Zone with a registered capital of RMB100 million. JFJ is principally involved in the manufacturing of main silicon material, more (single) crystal silicon, components and dealings in various types of solar power plant design and construction projects.

This announcement is dated 25 October 2017.

It seems, 15.5cts is the support level. Logically,warrant B, 4.5cts +ex price 10cts conversion is 14.5cts .how could it be lower than the target level to encourage investors picking up the wb. The strategic planning of various projects in the pipeline join partnership Solar energy shall initiate the uptrend today followed by budget 2018 on 27th together with egg for final distribution of bonus issue will boost up it's price level. The chart movement indicate uptrend for the next few days. Hold tight.

obviously many people seeing 15-16c is the support level. i am sure many would like to buy at this level and hope a rebound. it could stay here awhile to offloading some more shares to retailers who think it is cheap to collect and worth to try. eventually i suppose it will break below this level.

if you understand the announcement, they inform that proposed JV with Solar Tech ltd has been terminated, because Solar tech ltd prefer JFJ not trive. thats why MOU is nothing but a non conclusive plan that should not give effect to share price. if you are sure the mou will later turn into a sales contract, than better buy now before it materializes.

based on 3 days monitoring.

the price should up on the morning, but the volume not in today morning. so small amount only.

price remain stable, no one selling after buy yesterday evening because the price not reach their bid. price drop because some people start sell on low bid then current pricr. takut price drop.

then, ikan bilis think the price was stable start buy on 12pm. the volume coming in.

the people that buy yesterday evening can laugh when price reach 17.5sen. because they was get their bid. will be start selling... and the price drop lah.

just my opinion.

sharp drop usually will have a technical rebound. now is still early to call as reversal. those who have bought in yesterday or today shall set your profit taking point tight. dont be too greedy. i doubt they will let go those trapped at high easily.

A big relief today, I forecast support level @15.5cts.my reason wb +ex price 10cts equivalent 14.5,public bgt 5-6cts give way 15.5-16.5,unless forget about the idea of warrant for bonus issue to throw the shares back to 10cts ,no more hassle of getting bonus issue and macquere as back up for investment
