I somewhat agree with Mosion Wong, in fact this is not the first time a contract related to PPR is terminated. There was one in Sabah in Oct 2015. It might be good the burden is drop off the ship so that the ship can sail further.

3 years counting from may 2014, has already passed. From the tone of the announcement, the other party failed to obtain the site for construction by trive. Possibly trive initiated the termination so it can free up its resources to other areas
