Very few companies in Malaysia are in such an invidious position where demand for its precision moldings exceed its capacity to produce. Better still all the proceeds are in foreign currencies. With the weakening Ringgit, it is going to have an abnormal super profit for sure. This is not counting the expected profit of RM40 mil it is going to make from the housing project in Melaka Point.

DreamEmperor, wrong calculation lah. Buy 200,000 shares at 0.08 and sell at .085, profit is onlyRM1000., NOT RM10,000.

KLEBANG - Seramai 10 peniaga gerai makanan dan serbaneka di tapak penjaja Batang Tiga, di sini bersetuju untuk berpindah ke tapak perniagaan lain bagi memberi laluan pembinaan Projek Marina Point yang membabitkan 472 unit pangsapuri serta unit kedai perniagaan.

Pengawai Khas Datuk Bandar, Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB), Mohd Yusof Abu Hasan berkata, sebahagian besar peniaga terlibat sudah bertapak di situ selama kira-kira 15 tahun.

Beliau berkata, perbincangan sudah dibuat beberapa kali dengan peniaga terlibat sejak tiga bulan lalu dan peniaga bersetuju berpindah dengan bayaran pampasan setiap seorang sebanyak RM20,000 sebagai ganti rugi perniagaan yang ditanggung syarikat pemaju terlibat, Sanichi Technology Berhad (STB).

“Cuma seorang peniaga iaitu kedai kasut memperoleh nilai pampasan berjumlah RM10,000. Mereka berpuas hati dan bersetuju berpindah serta-merta.

"Bagaimanapun, bagi MBMB, kami bersedia membantu peniaga terlibat termasuk memberikan keutamaan kepada mereka sekiranya terdapat tapak perniagaan baru serta memberi kemudahan permohonan lesen perniagaan “ katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian selepas majlis penyampaian pampasan yang diserahkan Timbalan Pengerusi Majlis Agama Islam Melaka (Maim), Datuk Yaakub Md Amin di sini, semalam.

Sementara itu, Pengerusi Kumpulan STB, Datuk Dr Chow Huat Pang berkata, Projek Marina Point bernilai RM190 juta itu adalah yang pertama di negeri ini menawarkan status pegangan bebas dan lengkap dengan kompleks membeli-belah.

“Projek ini akan dimulakan dan akan siap sepenuhnya dalam tempoh tiga tahun akan datang. Siapnya nanti ia akan dilengkapi dengan 352 unit pangsapuri dengan ruang parkir, kolam renang, gimnasium dan pusat membeli-belah.

“Kami memilih negeri Melaka bersesuaian sebagai negeri pelancongan yang terletak di tengah-tengah antara Singapura dan Kuala Lumpur,” katanya.

abt the sinar article...one need to remember...they start roadshow on the property projek alr + ppl buy...so bank pay Sanichi the duit alr....

of coz construction not done and will take time...now duit is their so they need to make sure they keep the cost within budget...so far as I heard 75% sold out...kekekeke
