大家不要在相信这间没人性的烂公司了！一次又一次的和小股东拿钱可是公司还是长年亏损。老千公司烂公司只会一直像小股东要钱！我已经相信它几次了，结果害我亏得惨不忍睹。这一次我不会再上当了。我劝大家如果要买这间公司还是三思吧。你的钱将会一去不回头的！每次筹钱都说要发展用途，到最后又赚钱了吗？像我们要的钱花完了，又在来伸手要过。好像我们欠他的那样！这是吃人的老千黑心公司！还有那么多公司选择，看看其它的吧。免得像我这样被套了那么久。

but company got co-operate with protev(Germany) this is a value for company, if protev get few billion project, sanichi also will get banefit too. b4 that sanichi got say want develop property value 8billion, if this project run, shareholder will get benefit too, maybe not now,need some times, so future will looking good. so need to keep this share for long term

2015年Vsolar 40sen 我也讲会跌去10sen 以下也是没人会信的，他们讲会起到RM1.00 以上结果呢也是跌到7sen。
他们每个人心里都是有太阳厂存在，有太阳有阳光就有如从天上而降的钱那样就紧紧张张迫不及待先冲去捡怕给别人检完了。2015年那时候我和他们讲没有太阳厂我也讲过我有去公司问过他们了还是没有人相信。结果呢这些小鱼们就紧紧张张冲去买还抱紧紧Vsolar 这个股票，没有光伏板这Vsolar只是一张薄薄纸张哪里有办法遮挡强烈的阳光，结果还不是一批一批的小鱼自己给太阳晒到变咸鱼，还能怪谁！

First I skip the right issue if I count in right issue you will more angry sanichi .

before first time consol, sanichi share price lowest is 0.04,

both also drop lowest and lowest if you know how to cal , actually sanichi share price already less tha 0.005
0.005 is minunum , so now I know why sanichi want Share Consolidation.
and sanichi now keep drop , last time drop until 0.05 sanichi cannot tahan and second time share consolidation ,
now keep dropping like hell, so what is the sanichi planning for cheating money again ,
I feel sanichi worse than hubline and china stocks
china stocks no good just suspend let people stop trading
sanichi keep changing cheating people strategy so can play many rounds
sanichi is King of bursa cheating counter even china stocks also call sanichi Boss of tipu , haha

i agreed YOUR POINT : now sanichi is the most cheap stock because too many times conso, actually I also dun know whether now sanichi got 0001 sen original value or not
But pretty sure now sanichi more cheap than Hubline , xinghe , maxwell ,csl ,xinquan ,cap ,msports or other penny stock.
Sanichi now cheaper than china stocks who still dare to buy .
Maybe no pain no game .
But Sanichi boss will be hantam or slap or maybe attack by people is for sure , and last time got one member advise as below :
sanichi 在2014年15sen 我讲会跌去5sen 没人相信。
当2016年大家说5sen能买，我说不能买没人相信我，公司削减股票，股价又变20sen。我说会跌去5sen 还是没有人相信我。
2017年sanichi股价跌到 5 sen了。我说不能买没人相信我， 公司又在做削减股票股价又变21sen.
一年又一年每轮跟他们讲他们讲他们讲不用讲了，后续我不想要知道！
他们根本不完全了解sanichi !
有了sanichi 就有工厂就有如有了事业，有做房地产就有如干了一番大事业，有一些地皮就如有父母留下一大笔遗产就心里觉得自己是富二代这一生不愁吃不愁穿有用不完的钱在那边做白日梦！

Looks like history is repeating itself! Already bite the bullet earlier and minimised losses to RM8K! Better do it! if you don't want more losses...

Last year after shares consolidation and rights issue announcement...Sanichi dropped from 12.5 sens to 8 sens on July 25 2016...now again after shares consolidation and rights issue announcement...It has dropped to 12 sens and 11.5 sens coming soon to 10 sens? or 8 sens again? The next results due end of this month could be losses again and with no income from property development since the project is behind schedule, would not be completed in time by June 2018?

I really cannot find one stock like this .
hubline already 300% jump up from lowest recently .
china stocks slowly flying up recently.

Yup...good luck! Looks like they changed the Financial year from 30 June to 31 December for what? To delay tabling the latest financial results with more losses again as no income from property development since the project is behind schedule, as the next target date for completion of Marina Point is now mid 2020 instead of June 2018! A 2 years delay, I just wonder what will be the price of Sanichi by then... 8 or 6 sens again?

The only time it briefly hits 20 sens recently was May 16 2016 and Aug 28 2017, that is immediately after the share consolidation exercise...after that it's downhill all the way...the only syndicate is the Dato's Seri gang...Dato's next project for the coming rights issue is to increase his direct shareholding from 3.49% to 27.84 at the expense of the minority shareholders (refer pg. 5 of SANICHI TECHNOLOGY BERHAD (“SANICHI” OR THE “COMPANY”)
