One of director Intent to deal in close period. Bursa still allows the directors or principal officers of the company to buy or sell their shares provided they make the necessary announcements to Bursa.

So if you see a company where a lot of the Directors or principal officers are selling or buying shares during close period, you should do the same as well

I think directors buy and sell should be ok as it is transparent with notifications. The worst is Bursa allows RSS (as this counter is subject to RSS) whom is really not an investor but akin to gambler.

Chip Shortage is not finished weh

"There remains the potential for impact later this year," Caterpillar CEO Jim Umpleby said on an earnings call Thursday. Production shortfalls induced by a tight supply chain "might impact our ability to fully meet improving customer demand," Umpleby said.

As auto production stalled during the pandemic, the global automotive semiconductor market declined roughly 20% to $33.3 billion in 2020, according to IHS Markit. The resulting chip shortage has now frustrated plans to ramp up auto output.

Outlooks from chip companies are mixed. While Qualcomm of the U.S. foresees a significant improvement in supplies by year-end, Dutch peer NXP Semiconductors says the crunch will last throughout the year.


One result of this chaos is that the already fierce competition in the tech industry has grown even more cutthroat.

"We are telling our suppliers not to give chips to the smaller competitors, and that we will pay higher prices to secure more chips and components. ... I am sure my competitors are saying the same thing to the suppliers," a computer industry executive told Nikkei Asia. "

.Bull想什么 – 王者归来之JFTECH

相信大家对JFTECH这家公司并不陌生，自从他宣布回馈股东Bonus + Warrant后，股价就从高位下滑大概50%左右，那么JFTECH是否能够再次王者归来？

首先大家要了解JFTECH的业务是从事Test Socket，大家心里都有一个问号，什么是Test Socket，是不是像我们家用的Socket，其实concept一样，只是家用是放插头，而这个Socket是放芯片，而这个Test Socket是安装在一块电板上。而在马股里，虽然市场知道他的竞争对手是FPGROUP，但他们完全不同在一条线上，因为FPGROUP只是提供STIFFENERS，也就是围着电板外围的铁块。因此，JFTECH在马国内可以说是独家，没有任何一样或者相似的产品。

而为什么J.Bull说王者归来，主要是因为现在全球半导体缺货，许多半导体上游都在增加产能，如最近TSMC以及SMIC都将自己大部分的盈利用作资本开销扩展，这样就会需要用到更加多的Test Socket，这个Test Socket不只是大家想象到的手机芯片，只要是芯片，无论是应用在什么领域，这个Test Socket都能测试相关芯片，如最近很火热的电动车芯片，医疗产品要用到的芯片，电子消费产品的芯片，5G，人工智能，云端相关产品的芯片等等。

当然，在国内没有对手，在国外还是有，但以性价比来说，JFTECH更胜一筹，也因此为什么JFTECH在美国输了官司后（据说是美国政治问题），立刻获得HUAWEI的青睐。相信大家都知道HUAWEI的低调做事，如之前突然被美国制裁后，来一个备胎鸿蒙系统，而最近突然公布一个L3级别的自动驾驶等等，同时，假如大家身边有朋友在HUAWEI里工作，都知道HUAWEI工作压力是很大的，因为他们给你很高薪水，但是工作能力也是要很强，如你现在是Manager，假如你不Perform，会立刻贬为普通员工，那么被HUAWEI看上，是否也证实JFTECH的实力？

除此之外，JFTECH在中国的工厂将在今年Q3营运，而这个工厂能为JFTECH两年内带来USD 4.5 mil的营业额，而JFTECH拥有55%的股权，所以分配的来，在两年内，会为JFTECH带来USD 2.475mil ，而根据过往他的净利率，能够为JFTECH带来USD 990k的净利润，也就是大概平均每个季度获得额外RM 510k的净利，假如以最近的季报净利来计算，撇除JFTECH额外的业务，单单中国工厂的贡献平均每个季度就高达12.75%的成长，还有就是在国内的工厂也会扩冲，大概会在第二季度完成，其产能也会增加到20 – 30% 左右。

而另外一个爆发点就是，由于JFTECH是提供测试插座，而他们现在打算要从上游做到下游，提供一条龙服务，这个concept就有点像D&O的Design In 和 Design Win，就是你会和设计芯片的公司合作，之后到产品成熟到测试，之后量产，就会通通都是有JFTECH承包，而这个上游业务盈利非常高，同时需求也很高。

最令J.Bull意外的是，号称世界工厂的中国，竟然无法制造仿效或类似的产品，而根据J.Bull的了解是因为每次JFTECH设计一项产品都会注册专利，同时其产品的复杂度是很高的。其次，由于芯片是一项高研发成本的业务，所以一般上大公司都会选在行内有声望的公司，而JFTECH在这行内声明远播，加上现在市场芯片慌，其产品可以说是供不应求。

虽然对于估值JFTECH并不便宜，但他过往的估值都是在100 – 120左右，而高估值取决于他的成长性还有公司业务，假如是独家产品，那么对于JFTECH现在市值RM 1.3bil，你觉得它还有很大的成长空间吗？
