Pbb is the no.1 dumped stock by foreign funds ! JPM already said their glorious years had gone ,digital bank will huge affects their profits next year ! 10 years ago invest pbb keep 15 years can make gains but if i buy now keep 15 years maybe u will loss or earn peanut gain !

Digital banking licenses awarded only in 2022.
EARLIEST start date, esp. non-banks, is '23 - '24 !
Digital banks NO IMPACT on trad'l banks in US.
PBB is already partially offering digital banking.
PBB will offer full digital banking at the right time.
JPM is imperfect, make mistakes like Goldman.

Maxsuper is correct.
EPF uses many ways to make $ fr stk trading.
They have IBs, advisors, etc. to help them.
They have a $1T warchest to play with.
We cannot follow as they buy & sell everyday.

EPF/Kwap/TH/Malaysia Funds will not support or pust the price up at this moment. Know why? It is because the foreign funds are exiting and it would not economic sense to collect daily volume of 20 mils by pushing it up. Best option is to sell and push price down and make it a buyers market, so the foreign funds are forced to sell at a loss.

Then all the local funds will mop up these shares and wait for sometime. When they are sure not many foreign sellers, they will bring the price up very easily by spending less money and the get better yield eventually with cap growth.

So buy small and collect for at least a yera or more, else dont buy , just sell and keep ur money in fixed deposit and buy two yrs later.

-just my opinion & not a buy or sell call.

Even if u did buy at 3.95 u can sell even if goes up to 4.08 or about , and ur buying volume must be big in order to see any profit. Certainly not work sprnding 100k and only get a few k profit ( which is not even guranteed, might drop more)

You are right,
Dividend is taking your money to pay you
as it is adjusted & reflected lower in price afterwards.
Capital price appreciation can exceed EPF's dividend.

observe their working environment and conduct transactions/business with them,
looking micro at branch lvl & macro at corporate lvl,
Being to the rest, predominantly RUDE, ROUGH & SH!T services.

The crucial date - 6th September, Confidence Vote in Parliament! Too risky to park money here until such time. Covid is still for sure, uncertainty and panic of possible govt change normally very bad for share price. May be just a knee jerk reaction or crash if worse. The sizeable price drop or capital loss might even be more than dividends. May be it's opportunity for FF to exit at better prices running up to dividend expectations of other investors. Hence, perhaps, safer to conserve capital to forego dividend for this quarter. Our only edge is, time is always on our side, enter and exit freely without stressful open positions. No matter what political upheaval from now till the Vote, take a break for peace and watch the show.

Dividend is for long term investors. Price is for trading. Value is what you actually hold. Don't talk about deduction of dividend from the share price to long term holders. Because it is not affecting us.
