hahaha i will see a lot of ppl lose badly bacause of that. Do you think 2 weeks of mco is enough to control the spreading of covid? last year mco from march to may something then only cases drop from 3 digits to 2 digits. Also, last year no short selling. But now, when all go goreng because of bonus issue, then short selling sure coming. Think further before buying if you dont want to lose big. GOOD LUCK ALL.

haha i am just looking for good point to collect some, but definitely not now. Mco hurts bank earning. Darurat makes foreign funds run. And i dont think 2 weeks of mco is enough to control the covid. When mco extend again and price down further, then only i go in. I dont care can collect or not, as this counter is only one of tens in my watchlist.

@kfbusjd I believe PBB will remain pretty strong. After BI with liquidity, probably attract higher investor volume. So will definitely move upwards of 5. A divvy soon will be icing on the cake! :)

@kfbusjd Not true. Banks are essential services and allowed to operate. People are allowed to go to banks. Most banks, if not all have digital/mobile channels today. Furthermore, there are a handful of banks with excellent asset quality. PBB is probably one of the top ones. :)

The MCO this time around is also very different from previous. I think in March 2020, the sell down was overdone. Today, we have gone through it once and know what to expect. Hence people are no longer as panicky as before. That's why we see most counters are not reacting like March 2020. We should be good. Don't worry. :)

@MoneyAndHoney I think Darurat is declared not only because of Covid. Its also because of the nonsense politicking that is going on. Today's stats was mainly because of Sabah election. At least now, we have political stability for some time to allow both Covid situation and economy to recover. Pretty good move if you ask me. :)

I actually welcome darurat and mco. Darurat allows some temporary political stability and at the same time giving more focus on curbing the pandemic. MCO 2.0 is actually more like a CMCO, but with slightly tightened sop. Both may seem as a setback on the economy but they serve to contain Covid-19 better. The faster we bring the pandemic under control the sooner we put our economy back on the right track.
