PJD WC@ 31.12.2013-0.36 and as at 21/2/2014 @ 0.755 with premium of 13.23%, gain of 110%
PJD @ 31.12.2013 - 1.27 and as at 21/2/2014 @ 1.55, a gain of 22%.
Power of warrant as the gain of 110% as compared to mother of only 22%

1 month - above 0.90
2 months -above 1.00
1 year - 80 to 100% return from current price

ooi, i don't think so, pjd-wc represent the price of the mother share in dec 2020 and almosts 6 more years (more reasonable premium is 15 to 20%) to expiry and the premium of 13.5% is unjustified. Do you think the mother share is worth RM1.805(exercise price 1.00 + warrant price 0.805) in Dec 2020???, I DON'T THINK SO. I have bought PJD at RM1.12 and PJD-WC at 0.30/0.31/0.32/0.475/0.48/0.51/0.74).

Even without the profit from land and building(+ 34 sen to NAV), PJD's NAV is RM2.17. If the mother share reach 2.00 in 6 months, PJD-WC will be around RM1.10-1.20

The price of PJDev-WC had gone up too fast too soon. Buy during a major correction which suppose to be 4th Wave down. I predict it is after this 3rd Wave up.

At the same time, i am parking my monies on blue chips and other furniture stocks, which are reaping me handsome profits now.
