將在5月1日调涨，分析员认为，这將衝击钢铁厂商，进一步侵蚀它们的赚幅；不过，对洋灰厂商的衝击预料不大，因为它们的主要燃料是煤炭，而非天然气。

分析员基本上维持建材领域「中和」投资评级。主要钢铁股如金狮多元控股（LIONDIV，2 8 8 7 ， 主板工业股） 、柏华嘉控股（PERWAJA，5146，主板工业股）、锦记钢铁（KINSTEL，5060，主板工业股）、安裕资源（ANNJOO，6556，主板工业股）和聚美钢铁厂（CHOOBEE，5797，主板工业股）今天皆走跌；而主要洋灰股，大马拉法基（LAFMSIA，3794，主板工业股）和砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业股）则一起一跌。

砂查也马特是今天全场最大下跌股，全天跌52仙或5.35%，至9.20令吉；大马拉法基则起13仙或1.45%，至9.10令吉。

在钢铁股当中， 聚美钢铁厂的跌幅最大， 全天跌1 3 仙或5.29%，至2.33令吉。金狮多元控股、柏华嘉控股和锦记钢铁，分別跌0.5仙或2.94%、0.5仙或2.86%、以及0.5仙或2.78%，至16.5仙、17仙和17.5仙；而安裕资源跌4仙或3.13%，至1.24令吉。

大马气体（GASMSIA，5209，主板贸服股）上週五发文告指出，將在5月1日起调整大马半岛非电力领域的天然气售价，从目前的每百万热能单位（mmbtu）16令吉7仙，平均上调到17.64令吉至19.32令吉（根据使用情况而定）。

值得注意的是，这次的天然气起价，只有平均用量高达601百万热值单位以上的工业用户才会受到衝击，一般家庭和平均用量低于600百万热值单位以下的商家的天然气售价將保持不变，同时，供汽车使用的液化石油气和天然气也被豁免涨价。

丰隆投行分析员指出，这项天然气价格调整举措，將对本地钢铁製造商的生產成本造成一定的影响，使到大部份钢铁公司的净利將受到衝击。然而，这都在该分析员的预料之內，因他在去年年底已预料天然气价格將调涨。

洋灰厂商衝击不大

隨著天然气价格上调，该分析员將他所追踪的钢铁股的2015財政年净利预测，分別下调3.6%至10%。

「我们下修钢铁领域的净利预测是基于两个假设：一、天然气价格全面提高19.5%（用户每年消耗超过75万百万热能单位）；二、较高的天然气成本全由业者本身吸纳。」

与此同时，安联研究分析员也赞同天然气价格调整对钢铁製造商会有显著的影响，尤其是涉及直接还原铁（Direct Reduced Iron，简称DRI）的柏华嘉控股和金狮多元控股，因为DRI消耗的天然气占整体生產成本的约15%。

他补充说，下游业者，如钢坯或钢筋、线材、钢管等半成品炼製，皆使用消耗天然气的加热炉。

虽然只佔总生產成本的1%至3%，但是对于赚幅已十分微薄的钢铁公司而言，对净利的衝击相当大，而且他们没有能力將额外的成本转嫁给客户。

至于洋灰领域，安联研究分析员称，大马洋灰製造商通常是以煤炭作为加热过程的燃料，因此，天然气上调对其生產成本不会有任何影响。

然而，该分析员认为，洋灰股的投资情绪会受到影响，因为这反映了政府將继续合理化天然气补贴的承诺，最终將使到电费进一步调涨。

他解释说，政府仍然在津贴电力领域的天然气价格，即每百万热能单位15.20令吉，相比目前进口的液化天然气价格则是每百万热能单位42令吉。

买入大马拉法基

一旦政府合理化电力领域的津贴，电费將会调涨，大马半岛的洋灰製造商都可能受到影响，因电费占它们总生產成本的20%。整体而言，安联研究和丰隆投行分析员皆维持建材领域「中和」投资评级。

丰隆投行分析员的首选股依然是大马拉法基，他维持该股「买进」评级和9.74令吉目標价，因为他看好该股的抗跌能力，以及强劲的资產负债表。截至去年12月31日，该股的净现金达每股53仙，这意味著该公司有能力维持大方的派息。

不过，安联研究分析员则维持大马拉法基「中和」评级和8.21令吉目標价，同时他在检討砂查也马特的投资评级和9.25令吉的目標价。

Forget abt dsonic now...full focus on cmsb. Dsonic hit abt 2.50 then reasonable......cmsb is on the UP Trend......please ask yourself how many opportunities you have every time....dun misses this boat

Well, i am a newbies in KLSe. Started at Jan, cumulatively i make huge about 30%, lose about 40%, and i'm okay with it. No sweat, i'm just learning. It is very different than FOrex i've played before, but with DSonic, it's like KLse with leverage: same as forex eventually, hahahaha!
