Dunno man. This one either we get chewed up or something brewing in there. But we all buy on speculation. Look at Bcorp, it is up, beacuse people know it is a undervalued stock. The more you condemn other counters the better the counter will be....a classic example is IFCA MSC BHD.....Still above 0.845...and BJ Corpse .....decompose.. .

I notice he started talking about DBHD since the price was below 0.80 & went to the highest of 2.05....Still a big gain (golden touch when it was HOT).....Now property stock slow down..but it will come back...Smart traders knows what to do with D Bhd ....in and out can still make money from Dbhd.

SJ talk about Sumatec since it in PN17......0.27...Boom to 0.62......but...Smart traders will short....Up and down make money.....I am waiting for Sumatec to Boom again....
Sumatec is undergoing corporate excercise....no issue......Accumulation sign is there for Sumatec compared to your BJ Corpse (market is not interested in VT counters) ......

KUALA LUMPUR: Damansara Realty Bhd (D Bhd) made a loss for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2014, not a profit as announced in its recent quarterly unaudited results report to Bursa Malaysia.

The Johor-based developer told the exchange on Wednesday that it did not record a net profit after tax of RM3.035mil; instead, it incurred a net loss after tax of RM4.505mil.

It said that as advised by its extenal auditors and based on the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards 118, the revenue of “certain property sales” of its unit, Damansara Realty (Johor) Sdn Bhd, could only be recognised in the current financial year.
D Bhd had recorded a net profit after tax of RM8.95mil in 2013.

The counter closed unchanged on Wednesday at 91.5 sen.
