Seriously, its Sabah plantation land, grand duta hotel and Kenny Height project at least worth RM1bil. Based on current market cap of RM457mil, Dutaland has potential to increase to RM1.00.

The best thing of Dutaland is, it has no debt. So what you see is what you get.

Share market movement is uncertain n untimely, so if u ask 10 people u will get 10 different answers. It is hard to sell the highest n hard to buy the lowest. As for me ,I will wait until I achieve ard 100 % i.e Rm 1

Heavy debt last time , so priority reduced debt first. Excess money for development , so left not much cash 4 dividend.

As long as the ctr got the potential to move, that is a good buy. For me ,dividend is not a criteria but it must be extremely cheap n low debt. And of course , u must diversified your portfolio, since we don't know when it will move. I was trap in this ctr abt a month ago , but I was prepare to take it up, in case it did not materialise. True to my cautiousness ,the syndicate puts handbrake. Now just wait 4 it to brew.
