holding power is needed if u invest in dutaland,i am sure if market recover it will eventually above 50cts, wanna say 1.00 i dare not say but if market recover i can confidently say it can cross 50cts. i say this not i own this stock but i say this is cos i see based on the value of the assets. i used to own a more laggard stock than dutaland, SAB this tortoise stock i even can make a lot from it.
You can't kick out Duta Yap. This is his flagship company. If you buy into Dutaland it's because you have faith in Duta Yap. If you don't then stay away.
I did hold Dutaland for two to three years but could only make 20% when I finally sold at above 50 sen. I decided not to return to it as I feel potential upside is 20-30% at best.
Loss QR not because of him? Why most CPO counters can make money except Butaland?

Duta Yap is not interested in oil palm. Dutaland was a reverse take over of Mycom which owns the Sabah plantation through injection of Kenny Heights prime land. Duta Yap wanted to sell the plantation land and use the proceeds to develop Kenny Heights.
when i bought SAB at 2 something many were laughing at me this tortoise stock everyday untraded, when i sold all above 5.00 people tell me how i spot this kinda tortoise stock and can make a lot from it.i told them i buy undervalued stock by not chasing junks.once upon a time in 1996 a fren of mine bought EKRAN at 2.30 150,000 units, the stock went up to RM 30 over and he's greedy and wouldn't sell, in the end the stock kena PN 17 and he owe AMFB at that time 200k.
Dutaland will shine one day when the whole Kenny Heights development kicks off. I will be watching. One day I will return when I feel the time is right.
in this world u can't please everyone, not every pick is a sure winner.if follow lose only can blame if the one who recommend u to buy but he's been selling.kyy, datuk chai and many all have nominees a/c they recommend or show ppl they are buying but instead at the back they been selling and ppl think they are actually buying
aiyo, buy or sell, why blame others? i'm no fan of calvin, but i respect his enthusiast to share the info with others. just like our decision, got up got down, right? it's out money, why do we need to blame others for our decision? we don't even give them any percentage when we follow a good pick. vice versa.
I don't simply accuse ppl, I study their posting, then if I suspect something amiss I will expose all their dirty tactics. latest is KOBAY, look at the stock price on fri closing,up 7cts seems unusual on a down market. the insiders know before releasing the quarter report. so on mon morning likely going up they will place to sell.bursa mata buta kah? can bursa let everyone know who's been buying on fri before close?
susah la apollo ang, it's all about money. bursa bukan badan kebajikan. that's why i love a good debate, which can provide good info from both side. what to choose, sendiri pilih sendiri tanggung la.
I will share will everyone, cos money not everything to me,to me money is to be spend and give to those in need.not like some greedy 80 over years old also wanna make from ikan billis and feed their own families and frens
Apollo Ang speaks sense , can tell he has been in stocks for a long time. A lot of angry and hot-blooded traders here should learn his temperament and sense
i appreciate your passion and effort apollo ang. but the truth is ugly. not everyone as realistic as you are. really glad to have someone like you here.
vote for politicians that cares for all,not just money and their own family.the best is the politician is alone with no family so he only will help others
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Dutaland's floor price is 40 sen, if you buy near there you can't lose. Upside depends on future development.
