yes, totally agree. NTA stand at 36.4 (as at 30 Sep 2013) and it is keep on going up (please check). Its business divided into 3 segment. 1) Property Development 2) Property Investment 3) Car Park operation. My own calculation is, with Imago Mall revenue of RM70million a year, the EPS already RM0.03.Therefore with only RM0.03 EPS, its P/E with the current price is only 6.6 times. Its worth to invest now, especially when the price not going up yet. What do you think?

Imago mall 70mil rental revenue? Have you guys actually came to sabah and have a look at the local market?

1B retail outlet is closing down one by one, Suria had been operating at only around 70% occupancy since they launched few years ago and only recently their occupancy rate had increase. So with this Imago, Oceanus and KK times square 2 going to be lauch at almost the same time, the retail outlet sector going to be oversupply....Just personal observation for local market

KL = people from all over malaysia and expat coming to kl to work and boost the demand.

Penang = people from surrounding state like perak, kedah, terengganu and kelantan plus with expat come to boost the demand.

Johor = people from melaka, negeri and SG boost the local market demand.

Sabah = other than people from small town within sabah, who else to boost the local demand? Indonesian and Philippine workers??
