tean2020, No need to worry, something like 9, 000 WB will be credited to your account towards the end of November. You don’t have to do anything. No need to ask for it. No need to pay anything. Ask your broker to double check, pls.

Wdlim123@@@ You were having 25,000 Jaks shares before 26 October., right? Pay 8800 ( 40 x220 ) to get 40,000 jaks share PLUS 20,000 new warrant WC. You will find 65, 000 jaks share and 40,000 jaks-WC
in your account towards end of November.

After 4/11, d OR b ceased trading. Once RI acceptance date close in 12/11, mother share prc likely dropped immersely as to b diluted by additional 1.6 times new mother shares & xtra WC flooding in d mkt frm d listing of RI. Dun miss out this factor

If you think Jaks will go up soon and you have cash and willing to take the risk, then you should exercise. Otherwise if you are not willing to put more cash to risk or don't have cash, you should sell the OR for cash now. You can always buy the mother Jaks any time any way.

Probably it is better to sell the mother shares now before the new shares arising from the rights issue flooding the market.

Hi, I am still abut confuse with the Jaks Ro etc.
i have 5 unit mother Jaks, & 8 Jaks-RO

correct me if wrong.
I will need to pay 8* rm220 = rm1760 to subscript the RI on top of my existing 5 unit mother share amount. then i will get 13 unit Jaks + 4 warrant by the end of November. which mean I will be paying more to Jaks.

what if,
currently i sell Jaks-RO straight before i pay rm1760, then my mothershare value basically drop
from 5 unit mother to 2.5unit mother share value. is it?

Please advice.

Dear all,
You must keep your entitlement OR if you intend to subscribe for the new Jaks shares with free warrants at subscribtion offer price of RM 0.22. And last day of payment is 12th Nov 2020.

If you have no intention to subscribe your OR then you need to sell you OR as last day for trading OR in Bursa is 4th Nov 2020. After that date you either use your OR to subsribe for new JAKS share with free warrants or waste your OR as OR has no more value. And your entitlement will be given to those apply for excess shares application.

Stockraider pay 5000 to buy 0.5 million of Netx OR at 0.5 cents then he apply 1 milllion of excess Netx RI
He sucess with his 0.5 million plus 1 million excess application of 1 million by paying 1.5 million X 0.13.
Today netx shares close at 12 cents.
He say he is still in money because he still have free warrants come together with the RI.
