Wah, new high of 0.89.

Mr OTB, I think someone said that we wouldn't see AYS hitting 0.88 again in your lifetime. But for some reason, it didn't just hit 0.88 (again!) but surpassed it!

Long term buyers ays @ 0.90, lionind @ 0.765 & hiaptek @ 0.64 all will lose big money. Bcause they are the peaks of steel fantasy. Sell/stay away.

This is what the expert eyes called TOPPISH. It wants to go up but it cannot. No more higher ground on mountain top. The only way to go is DOWN.

The same thing happens at lionind. The same thing happens at hiaptek.

This is a 30 yrs trained eyes talking. Buyers at mountain top will lose a lot of money. Be warned !!

PP at 10% discount to the current price is a standard norm, no surprise and nothing to worry about.

LeonFB also placed out at 10% discount. The present price is still higher than the PP price.

LeonFB announced private placement on 13 Apr 21 with issue price is 0.77. At that time, LeonFB price is 0.92.
Today LeonFB stock price is 1.01 with 2 cents dividend on 17 Jun 21, now LeonFB stock price is higher than private placement price at 0.92.

Now AYS announced private placement with issue price is 0.76. Today AYS stock price is 0.86. If compare different of private placement price and stock price in between current AYS and previous LeonFB private placement and stock price, seem like AYS(0.86-0.76=0.10) private placement is better/worth than LeonFB(0.92-0.77=0.12) private placement previously.

Another thing is AYS management is optimistic with performance for the remaining quarters of the financial year ending 31March 2022.
