I hope the steel rebar price in China is bottom soon.

When everyone was shouting sell on 19/3/2020, I was the one who withdraw FD to buy big in KLSE. I made the most money in my whole life in 2020.
Likewise, I will do it in 2021.

Steel rebar future in US is quoted at USD718 which is the international price.
1 MT = 1.102 US ton.
Steel rebar future per MT in US = USD718x1.102=USD791.2
1 USD = RMB6.39.
USD791.20 = RMB5,056.

It did not drop so much like China steel rebar future price.

@valueinvestor88, don't be fooled by kyy, though he did mentioned he bought at 0.70 but the big chunk of ays were bought at 0.40. So no problem for him coz even though share price down to 0.63, he still on paper gain now. He may be quietly disposing for quick gain n we may be taken for a ride by him. Crafty old man

A drop over 20% fr top is a bearish move. As i said its on its way back to square 1 at 0.40.

OTB- ignore the noise. The important thing is what we made from the market. I believe the steel market is at cross road between up moving or down going. China steel crisis is due to property issue linked to Evergrande while the construction drive in US will push the steel demand. In a more likely scenario is for steel uptrend continue as supply side destruction by China government will caused shortage. However iorn ore price will drop due to less demand from China factories. Will the strong demand in US/ Western countries and closing of China steel factories/ duties withdrawal result in bull run in steel price?

The thing is non of us can predict the stock movement. Unless those big funds work together to move the sector up. Like cpo/ plantation companies stock disconnect is one thing that puzzle the market. The PE is so low as companre with previous data. Investing is a risk and reward the investors who are far sighted.

RR88 is trying to get under your skin. He has no added value for you. If i am not mistaken he predicted many thing in Serbak and later on disappear. ( saying he won how much ). We are hear to learn from smart hand on investor like yourself. In share there is no right or wrong move. Even Warren Buffet cannot get right all the time.
