Cscstel latest Quarter report alr give some warning, steel peak alr over, be careful.

Despite the increase in steel prices, actual trade was weaker than in the second quarter. Steel demand and price trends in the fourth quarter are forecast to be less than expected, as the current industry boom is hindered by pandemic issues, power cuts in China, aggressive sales of hot-rolled steel from India and Russia, and a slowdown in the domestic construction industry," it noted.

half year, 15 cents, so full year 30 cents earnings. Price say 70 cents, PE less than 3. Dividends is 1.5 x 4 = 6 cents, divided by 72 cents is 1/12 is more than 8% !!!

Thus considered good share and undervalued !!

Ays is steel trader, its business model is buy low sell high, buy high sell higher. As long as global steel demand increase, AYS will make money.

Revenue increase, profit increase, profit margin depend on spread gap between buy price vs sell price to end customer

Steel price is going down, same will be the price of AYS.

It happened in the past in Gloves, Palm Oil, even steel itself.
