Yes.... don't know the future plan. Now no need to use main road Jalan tebrau.. can access through pelangi indah.. if you see the map, the location is also very near to Seri Austin eco summer, but now still no direct access to Seri Austin

Thks! ykykykyk. Long term will be very good for KSL. Short term, the ksl bosses may want to keep the price low so that they can collect the warrants at low price. The warrant holders will be forced to sell if they do not intend to do conversions. The warrants will expire in August.

Company with always talk cock management, promised a 40% payout dividend & never deliver. It did happen in 2010 or 2011 & now happen again in 2015. Reason in 2010 becos want to retain money for more future profit, this time? Market is bad, so need to reserve more cash in company, rather at shareholders' pocket.

Directors were getting RM9 million each every year but shareholders get few cents each share, still want to invest this kind of comapny which managed by zero creditability management?

I will not wish you good luck becos you want it that way.
