I have been monitoring this stock since the price of RM1.80, tempted & bought at RM1.51 & sold all at RM1.60 before it went higher. After failure by management to deliver their 40% dividend payout promises, I decided to look & see. The price was then free falling like no body, stop awhile at RM1.30+, then continue to get cheaper.
I ask myself, has the property market reached the bottom yet? Is the worst over or the worst is yet to come? Can I still trust the management where each of the top 3 directors are withdrawing more than RM9mil every year but yet pay so little dividend to other small shareholders?
I dont have any answer for any of the questions, so I let the price movement to decide. Until the selling price is too good to say not to take, I will keep monitor.
Whatever lah...Target Price.....Above 2.0...Wait lah.....No need to write any story here and there....Opportunity to accumulate or Average down......There is no problem with the company at all ....Why worry?
Tangible Book Value...2.01 Graham Number 3.56......
KSL moving...slowly but surely.....believe it or not next TP shud be...1.23..and will move higher thereafter......perhaps...Good Luck...This is not a BUY or SELL call....
