Dont buy.. it is just sudden singapore border news that trigger some buy. This counter is useless. Trust me. Once u r caught there. It will be for years to get your money back. There is no dividend from this company for the past 7 years. Not worth the buy.

Reliable source from merchant banker says they are taking private very soon. Tentative offer price RM1.30 when NTA is at RM3 which is still a huge bargain for the Ku family.

Although this counter has been on a steep downtrend from $2.47 since 2014 & I only started playing after that, I hv a 100% win record: Bought $1.30 & contra T+1 @ $1.36 in Feb '16, rebought 74.5c in Jan '19, resold 84.5c 11 days later, re-entered 71.5c in Feb '20 & resold 76.5c Mar '21, re-enter 71.4c in Mar '22 & re-sold 79.4c later that month. Repurchased recently...

It ran up from 65c to the current price shortly after the Ukraine war broke out but then went no higher than 88c, dropping to as low as 70c in a see-sawing consolidation...until yesterday.Those who chased when it last reached these levels had to hold for 1 1/2 years with no dividend...🐢

This stock get my attention after it released the Q1 report with record earning. Go through the report, they have piles of cash on hand, just wondering will it start giving dividend to rewards their investor. if it will, it worth digging deeper into this stocks.

It's meaningless to look at the fundamentals of this counter as it has been years for this counter having been traded at insane low PE and way below it's NTA. Either buy and keep for the cow to come home, or forget about buying this counter hoping for near term gain....

in 2015 where property sector at its peak point, KSL share price was rm2 where total 4Quarter profit around 300m, number of share is 960m.
in 2023, KSL share price is undervalue at 90sen where 2Quarter profit already 200m, number of share still maintain same is 1000m. Conservative prediction, assuming next 2 quarter no growth, maintain 100m per quarter, 2023 end at profit 400m, which break the revenue and profit of all time (2014-2015)
So how much this stock price should be valued by now?
