Trust me. keeping cash now is the best option for ICAP shareholder. With TTB stock selection skills, high change he will buy few more shares like PArkson or Boustead if we push him to buy now. Better wait for market to drop 50 % when even monkey can find an undervalue stock, then ICAP only buy share. Really pity those uncle that invest ICAP with their retirement money.

change management fee based on basic monthly pay plus the performance quarterly pay in the AGM. This should be the proposal in the next AGM . why pay RM to management for poor results. Fair enough, if poor result, management get basic monthly low pay lah . Do u all agree?

Icap result is nothing to shout about. and to wait for a major correction before investing is akin to doing nothing. we have seen major price before and after Subprime, Greece default, Lehman Bros and Brexit vote. Oh Missed out GE 08 and GE 13. what else are we waiting ???

Follow TTB logic, Parkson n Boustead not crash enough? Why not buying now with low price if these are potential company?
If TTB believes these counters not yet reach its bottom, why keep it? dumb it now and buy back at its low.

Icon8888 in his thread “Clash of the Titans – It is the future Earning that matters” and what we see of the future of Icap when we see share price of Icap keeps dropping? He also said Investors are paying more attention to dividend and Icap pays no dividend only the FM keeps collecting their salaries and advisers’ fund for doing nothing!
Yes, TTB started Value Investing Club as far back as last year. And just before the AGM, he appeared beckoning with this idea again that a meeting to be called later. Obviously, all members were cheated and sided with him again.
AGM is gone and he still sits there to collect his fees.
Anybody knows City of London's address and let’s write to them and ask them to lead the pack to unseat him with EGM.
As paperlane2016 said, he should be booted out.

In Focus Malaysia, for 10 years funds' performance, iCapbiz, is No. 35 (CAGR about 11%), top 5 is 16% to 22%. Of course, most of the open ended funds don't keep 65% cash, if they do that, unit holders will sell it.

Temporary only, get out quick. He was the main story in "Focus Malaysia" and they say so loud that the stock is trading at 30% discount to NAV, sure people dive in.

Doesn't change the fact that this fund is going nowhere under ttb.

Unitholder can anytime call for meeting to close fund. But need majority support. City of London can be a key support. Once fund liquidated, can have immediate gain of over 20++ %.
