The WTI light sweet crude is no longer sweet; it has gone below usd 40.

Oil price below usd 40 Petronas' production cost above usd 45; sure close even more rigs one.

Rigs all closed PEnergy nothing to service under all its service contracts from Petronas.

Better sell Monday.

The key question everyone is asking is "Have we seen the low of crude oil price?".

If your answer is "Yes...there is a possibility of further downside for crude oil price but not materially significant downside in 2016 and beyond then the decision is quite easy to make....however one may choose or want more time to market time at buying at relative lowest low but the end result will not be of much significant difference in the future if one perceives that there will not be much material and significant price difference between current crude oil price and the perceived lowest price for crude oil price in the near future ...

Be mindful and always be respectful of the fact that the market is ALWAYS AHEAD in its discounting ability mechanism....much far ahead than the average investors..

In the stock market everywhere is this world, there will always be the prophet, the follower and the Fools....the Prophet gets in early before anyone noticed it, the follower gets in after the initial price surge and the fools get in at near peak of the stock price..such is the way of the stock market for GENERATIONS...

WTI hit the lowest price@ USD 37.75/bbl on 24/8/2015...Recently it hit the second lowest price@USD 40.22/bbl on 13/11/2015 and rebounded.

Will WTI hit a New Low sometime in the near future or will the recent low of USD 40.22 be a Higher Low??

WTI hit low of USD 40.06/bbl early morning on 17/11/2015 despite all the bad news and fears of Oil Glut. This is the second lowest price. The lowest price todate was USD 37.75/bbl on 24/8/2015...almost 3 months ago

Will the market confirm USD 40.06/bbl as the higher low in the foreseeable future???

Rolling 4Q EPS= 13.12 cents/share.
Forward EPS for 2015= [(0.65+4.63+6.20)/3 Qtrs] x 4 Qtrs= 15.30 cents/share
Forward EPS > Rolling EPS by +16.67% indicating that there is further future upside to its share price.

Its EPS had increased over the past 3 Qtrs from 0.65 cents/share to 4.63 cents/share to latest 6.20 cents/share. Good positive improvement.

It has vastly improved on its net cash and cash equivalents & Net cash flows in YTD Sept 2015 over 2014 comparison:

It has to consolidate and stay above 1.42 support prior to further upward price movement
