The company should disclose how it arrived at the RM12m profit contribution from KBM despite the strong recovery in oil prices from Q1. The average WTI in Q415 was US$43 and the profits from KBM was RM34m and the average WTI in Q216 was US$46 but the profits were significantly lower.

The company should disclose the amount collectable from its KBM as contingent assets for the benefit of the shareholders. The RSC promised a minimum IRR on investment to be recovered from future oil proceeds.
