Hi guys,

This latest quarter weak result is expected due to the final drag from leftover effect of GST.

After this Ecs should face very much better prospects due to no more GST

Also the ever increasing HSBB fiberisation of West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak will enable more Malaysians to join the Digital Economy ....leading to an increase usage of Ict products

Another good sign is the popular growth of internet gaming as noted by Ecs ict management

Last time kids and teenagers play marbles, catch spiders and go fly kites.

Now all are addicted to internet games. This will be another factor for more Internet business

One good thing is the Cash position of ECS has increased from Rm80 mil to Rm92 mil or up 15%

Maybe this surplus cash can be given out as dividend as well

Paramount was one of the good companies recommended by Sifu Dr Neoh in his monthly digest long ago. I bought and sold it long ago. It is a stable growing company.


But i like ECS ICT better as most of the growth will be in ICT

The reason I said unlisted because seem like Vstecs HK is going to buy back more ECS share, it ady holding around 50%, doesn't left much for public (<25%). Personally think ECS does not need public capital to expand as their business strategy is quite conservative.
