papayashot, thanks for the information. If I get the chance I will pay a visit to the Port Dickson (PD) Waste-To-Energy (WTE) plant. Found this link online:
Based on this article, what I understand is this plant is the first WTE in Malaysia and not easy to construct and need many experts from overseas to come over to test and so on before plant can commence operation and this is very much delayed by the pandemic, MCO and travel restrictions among countries. My comfort lies on the eagerness and support of Malaysian government (ministry) whom are planning to build 5 WTE plant by 2025. I don't sense a "call-off" of the project yet, based on all these information la. A delay, maybe..
The vaccine is being deployed (shots given to civilians) at a pretty fast rate in many foreign countries and we hope Malaysia also will soon have many civilians immunized to the virus. The worldwide new cases per day graph is showing pretty significant decline indicates the effectiveness of the vaccines. As a shareholder, I hope the best for Cypark and yet to feel that the company is in any significant risk. (This is based on my own view. I maybe wrong.) Feel completely free to give comments.
RM5 to 6 TP is probably too optimistic now. RM1.80 in the near future is possible. Today's correction is sign of profit-taking before CNY. Tomorrow's half-day trading is not going to be exciting trading day. Better off resting the whole day and come back afresh after CNY.
buy and sell on 19th, 26th filling gap buy in and hold till now, potential stock since samaiden and solarvest grow too much, and this stock should be green on next Q with the green energy trend, dont panic be patient
The problem with Cypark is inconsistent dividend. Due to heavy capital outlay required , dividend for near future is therefore a question. Without promising dividend, investors are not keen to buy . It therefore only attract traders who are very quick to realize profit whenever the price move up . As such, hard for it to sustain any price uptrend.
John, u r right. But nowadays investor dun care one, as long as it is renewable energy related (after biden wins), ppl just buy like no tomorrow. Even shit counter like slvest ppl treat it as gem as its speculative element is quite intense. Cypark for me is better than slvest in that sense (less speculative than slvest in a sense it is able to secure project); however, what piss me off is their management being not truthful and just report the good side of the company operation.. This is definitely not a good management team, my 2 cents.
Now the chairman of Cypark and his family has a lot of cash from disposal of Pimpinan Ehsan Bhd shares. Probably some of this cash may flow to Cypark as currently the price of the shares are still very much under their intrinsic value. Previously the share price was depressed probably due to a number of disposals by the Chairman. So now we may look forward to a good future for all Cypark shareholders who have been waiting patiently till now.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
