Directors/major shareholders are selling the shares to buy them back via repriced ESOS at only 59.5 sen. Very smart thing for them to do, free easy money !
Yes, that is smart of the directors and major shareholders. But you would think that ESOS is an EMPLOYEE stock option scheme. These are employers and major shareholders and they are holding the bulk of the ESOS? So, did I get it wrong? Is it an EMPLOYER stock offloading stink!!
cypark has been awarded since LSS1 until LSS3, and have used up the cash flow for all the past project not to mention WTE. and cypark financial position now make it very hard to borrow money again, so cypark cannot take up any huge project further. in addition, too many player compete this round (LSS4) and the bid price is very low which make it not so profitable as before. so these are the 2 reasons y cypark are out.
Bids have come in as low as 13.99 sen per kWh (per kilowatt-hour), going by the documents on the EC site. However, industry experts said that bids lower than 20 sen per kWh may face difficulties in running their plants profitably. - thestar
Means good news la didnt win. Thats why i asked aboout the current orderbook. So they already had lss1 to lss3 in hand. Better not underquote just for the sake of winning project. Late budget burst die lor
Directors cum major shareholders selling down shares, very underpriced ESOS at 59.5 sen and now the company failed even to get shortlisted for the LSS4, what a bearish combination !
It is actually good not to win LSS4 which has lowest bid of 13.99 sen per kWh compare to lss3 17.77 sen per kWh. The winner will have hard time if panel price increased due to popularity of Solar power nowadays. QR coming soon on 18th March
i jz cannot understand why the mgm said very confident that they will win the LSS4 in the recent AR, which released 26/2/21. mean the mgm really got problem?
