LSS is not a good things, everyone rushed in to bid with lower & lower prices, no way to get "fantastic" selling price from LSS project.

Totally opposite to private IPP in those days. All now so transparent & open.

If you analyse carefully, you will find your cost of investment to install solar roof at the double story house is no different from those LSS projects. The ROI is almost the same.

Congratulation to CYpark for getting waste management which include Waste to Energy project in Johor in collaboration with PDT. Waste management is far more lucrative than solar farms as the later are now far too competitive as many players can easily enter that biz which do not require high technology and much experience to build and operate solar farms.

More than 7 years of building WTE, the profits generated from WTE before completing plant were all paper profits, that’s the reason they need to keep raising funds during that period

The key issue was Cypark need to source funds themselves and do not have big daddy at the back.

ESOS is an alternative way of packaging remuneration (salary). Probably the fixed salary is lower. So, this way it is better; you work harder; share price up; you earn more, rather than BIG fixed salary. This is something like COMMISSION. That's how remuneration packages work, in a way best for the company, don't blindly assume stuff. You expect people to work hard for free?

bursabigbull, you do have a point, Cypark as a company has a viable business and so we see from the list of institutional shareholders. However, it's the directors that is less than noble. ESOS is truly a good way to reward, but, to keep selling and cashing out at every opportunity, that's what I mean by dirty and greedy
