(吉隆坡10日讯)丽阳机构有限公司(TROP,5401,产业组)已与雪兰莪州务大臣机构和雪兰莪州基金有限公司,针对Kota Kemuning‘Canal City’地段的付款,签署一份附属协议。
在致给大马交易所的一项宣布中,丽阳机构透露,其独资单位Sapphire Index私人有限公司将针对其中308.72英亩地段,支付1亿7300万令吉予雪兰莪政府,而Sapphire Index已同意出售这幅土地予绿盛世集团旗下单位Prominent Stream私人有限公司。
上述付款原定为8500万令吉,而最新代价把它评值为308.72英亩净发展地区的每平方尺18.02令吉。
上述308.72英亩地段是丽阳机构于2013年4月向雪兰莪政府购入总面积1172英亩Canal City的一部分。整体1172英亩土地的总收购价为12亿9000万令吉,惟丽阳机构只需要支付最低款项,而大部分金额将分散于发展期内支付。
不过,随着丽阳机构今年初以4亿7070万令吉现金分售308.72英亩予绿盛世后,雪州大臣丹斯里卡立已改变付款模式的想法。卡立较后要求丽阳机构预付8亿令吉予该州。

Thanks Funtrade.. just accumulate few lots for long term since most of the property stocks are at high side. In fact i want to go for Landmark but already up. My major focus is still O&G and Construction.

As last AGM, the CEO agreed to revalue their assets based on present market price. So, the coming AGM may has some good news.

Isn't it stupid if only now revalue? Heard the PNSB screwed up the Canal City Deal earlier as they allowed Trops to get power of Attoney with just rm50million deposit.

They must settle their remaining debt payment for the land bought... thats the 1st step ... then only they can sell an asset that is wholly theirs

Yau Kok Seng should be sacked. He hasn't sold any of the identified assets for de-gearing. Tropicana Mall cannot sell, plaza Dijaya, Land in Iskandar.....Heard he is mentoring Danny's son Dickson and always get scolding from Danny in front of son. How to be the mentor?
