All they know is to con unsuspected ppl. Even hse buyers and apartment also kena. Those loyal are the first to mati lot...because even they buy early launches, the subsequent promotion when they cannot sell for the same property is cheaper than pre launch. I inside there i know their marketing. A lot of pre launch buyers complain...but they don't care.

4th quarter going to launch Tropicana Aman......you buy Eco or IJM better. Their selling point against IJM is that their property got gated but IJM don't have and against Eco, they tell you their price will be expensive because they sold the land to them

Another secret i tell you....they pay only 50Million to PNSB and got Power of Attorney transferred to them. Thats how they sold the land to Eco. For 1/3 of the 1172 land sold to Eco, they collected 50% of the cost. Imagaine they can also cheat fellow developer, they cheat hse buyers, they cheat investors like us.....i am going to quit working there. Lousy boss, lousy CEO. Last time owner boss was better

The management is embarrassed by the performance since rebrand. They will correct the situation and ensure tear end 2014 will reflect the correct price

tropicana share price will be following to e&o soon.
Last time e&o was trading at 2.04 at Oct 2013 but now is 3.00 .
This is the only well established property company left that have not bull run yet
I will show support next monday to buy another 10 lots at 1.40 -1.41

In my opinion, it will only catch up if they manage to to sell their 2013 planned asset which include Plaza Dijaya + Trops. Mall and Office + Office in Golden Triangle....

It is testing your patience but it will be rewarding later. Just like last time E&O , i bought at 1.90 and due to no patience, i sold at 2.04 due to slow moving. But now 3.00.

Tropicana have RM 2.7 property sale, ensuring at least 2 year earning visibility. Tropicana have about 1800 acres, GDV RM 77bilion. Trop is stand to realize about RM 400m net gain on RM 1.2 billion landbank disposal alone and also have identified several office tower/shopping mall divestment worth more than RM 1.0 billion to pare down debt and if fully materialize could turn Trop into net cash position.

Fortune teller told me to buy big on Trop. So I bought again at 1.36 on Fri. As of now, I have had a truck of Trop already. 1.36 is the lowest entry price, and I am still on paper loss. If eventually, his foresight is not right, I have to jump "long kang" lol.
