In the past years the MSC share price did hit RM2.87( for example during april 2018) then after that the company split into 4 shares for every 1 existing share (RM0.71/share) to make the share price look more cheaper and attractive for investors. Imagine if you hold for long term, how many times capital appreciation you can get already?

Hence 2021(last week) is not the first time it reaches this RM2.87 high price. Furthermore, the company is moving to Pulau Indah plant in 2021 with greater production capacity and are fully utilizing solar renewable energy and automation to minimize two major of its production overhead, Electricity and Wages cost.

Backwardation gap getting bigger again as option tin dropped.
Tin backwardation May persist for next 2 years due to shortage of supply.

Yes agree, share prices are forward-looking. Just like AirAsia, still a long way before can fly but its stock price fly up first almost hit RM1!!
With the lack of tin mines but increasing demand for various technology products including EV vehicle and bigger and more advance factory site at Pulau Indah, its stock will also up soon unexpectedly.
