Cresbinvest u have a point. Even a bad company needs time to turn around...so why so rush to buy now? At least wait until cf is positive n show profits ...then buy also not too late. Why must we try to catch the bottom? Doesnt matter if top or bottom as long as can make some money... Smells fishy la
cresbinvest It is not possible for the fundamental of company turn into good within few days. It takes months. Why so rush to buy? 10/10/2016 17:04
Why rush to buy?
If no catalyst in view no need to rush. If fact don't even buy any. But if you can SEE it coming you must act or else
Just like Opcom today suddenly shot up from 57 cts to 61.5 cts to the surprise of joy among my Johor Buddies. Actually Johor Buddies already bought a lot of Opcom between 57 to 58 cts.
And still waiting for naysayers to talk down on Opcom so that we can collect even more cheap Opcom shares.
So was Jaks. Jaks jumped away suddenly all the was from 40 cts to over Rm1.20
See
Whoa!
Top boss bought at 44 cents and above, millions of them. Anything below 40 cents is a bargain!
So don't wait or else Jaks jump Jump JUMP Up And Away! 16/12/2014 15:00
So YOU MUST DO 2 THINGS
1) Don't listen to naysayers. It's their loss, not yours.
2) Don't time the market. Buy while it's cheap. And prepare to buy a little more on further weakness
This guy is unbelievable...he seems to be just stuck in his own fantasy world n would not answer other ppls financial questions...wow...n he just keeps on yapping yapping away....oh well
remember THHeaVy private placement 80 sen to MARA, then sell down from 60 sen all the way down to 6 sen before rebound. Good for those who bought below 10 sen, and bad times for them who holds at higher costs. So? so? so? TiGer directos also buy a lot TIGER shares above 20 sen, now 4.5//5 sen, how how how??? or in positively view PJDEV directors bought a lot RM 1.1x, RM 1.2x, then shoot to RM 2.++ (though privitaze RM 1.50, still untung lah for those also bought below RM 1.5)... so BPURi howhowhow????
i think bpuri is bad fundamentally, but i still buy as it is pretty straightforward for a firm with just 100m+ market cap can have all these 1) approximately RM2 billion construction work in hand "which is expected to provide a steady stream of revenue for the Group over the next three (3) years" 2) Property development project "an estimated projected gross development value of RM3 billion. The above is expected to contribute a better profit margin for the Group in comparison to the construction business segment of the Group." 3) improving recurring income from power supply (0.8m > 2.7m in latest quarter report) 4) private placement above market price, remember when airasia was RM1.40 Tony do PP at RM1.60? the difference is bpuri director use their own money, but Tony is waiting for special dividend from sale of leasing arm 5) potential court award on claim from NHA approx RM950mil "The hearing proceeded on 29 January 2016 and further fixed for continue hearing on 26 February 2016. Cross-examination of our witnesses was concluded on 2 April 2016. The arbitration proceedings is completed, pending parties to submit their transcripts and written arguments before award to be delivered by the Arbitrator." "Based on facts of the case, BPPPL’s Pakistan lawyer is of the opinion that BPPPL has a strong case with a reasonable likelihood of success upon conclusion of arbitration proceedings leading to an award in BPPPL’s favour."
but dont all in la.. malaysia government maybe too poor to pay all the projects worked on by bpuri =)
The company has been profitable since 2000. But why is it still stucked as a micro cap company? Furthermore, the total proceeds raised over the years after IPO alone (RM150.4m, excluding RM20m debt capitalisation) were already greater than its current market cap, even after deducting total dividend paid out since 2003!(historical records of dividend payout before 1999 were not available at Bursa website)
Despite it has been profitable since 2000, it had to carry out capital reduction (from par value per share of RM1 to RM0.50) in 2014 in order to new shares as the share price then was way below RM1. As highlighted above, the IPO offer price was RM2.80/share. What has gone wrong?
Is this company too undervalued that investors failed to appreciate the assets owned by the group and its earnings potential or is it something not right within the company that caused value destruction to the minority shareholders? Something for existing shareholders of Bina Puri and potential investors to look further into.

there is no question about bpuri revenue generation. the problem is no matter how much revenue, it does not seem to be able to improve its net profit. worst is the more revenue they generate the worse their earning look like. people gives u many project also no use, cannot do the project properly, end up no profit generated, thus shareholder value drop, share price also go nowhere.
calvin promote very hard because this is the time for him to escape, the best time to escape is when project is announced. beware guys.

HAHAHA!
Time for Calvin to escape?
What nonsense!!
Like Jaks jumped from 40 cts to Rm1.20 (Up 200%)
Calvin, Johor Buddies & Friends who are following will make Tonnes of Monies when BPuri crosses Rm1.00
Just stay here and watch with OPEN EYES (And Open Mouth?)
逢高 逃命 !!! Be careful of the Big Contract Myth. Bpuri historical profit show only 1% from its contract value. $15bil. Divided 10yrs spread into 242mil shares , what left ? By 6-8 p.e. u may calculate it for yourself.
50-50 JV, bpuri get 7B only, then with very bad track record of earning, out of 7B dont know how much can be real profit. summore divided into 10 years.
