Betul . Tetapi sila simpan jika boleh. Harga akan naik lagi. Dividend RM350 is not just okay but super. The company is well managed. Someone told me to dump the shares sebab AEC akan mula tahun 2016.But on checking , which insurance company apart from Takaful is a good player for Islamic insurance in the ASEAN market?. Not a single one.The way I see it ,with AEC, Takaful could tap the ASEAN market with its Islamic insurance expertise. With that the price of Takaful could see something that no human civilization would have dreamt of.

How to calculate the dividend? If we have 100 lots, the dividend would be 35 lots?
Or, is it same like bank dividend, pro rate if you not subscribe 1 year full?

Cara calculate Dividend, 0.35 (35%) x Par Value (Par Value TAKAFUL kini 1.00) , maka, dividend yang akan dapat sebanyak 0.35 sen untuk satu share

Apabila split , kebiasaannya akan jatuh dulu, kemudian, Inshaa Allah, kemungkinan besar harga akan naik (kalau tak naik, tanggung sendiri lah ye =P ). Split ini terjadi kebiasaannya apabila barisan pengarah yakin dengan keadaan syarikat. Tambahan , kecairan (liquidy) syarikat akan bertambah, lebih ramai pelabur individu mampu beli.

No need to be over excited as this is a super good counter. AGM and EGM is on 12 May 2015. Report just came today.Some of the resolutions include passing/approving the dividend payment of 35% and the share split. Based on their EGM report, the share split could be completed by end May 2015. This is as fast as LPI `s bonus issue. That means we have another 15 days , after factoring the weekends and public holidays. So in the next 15 days or so , how much more can the share price go? My target is.RM15.50 based on their strong fundamentals. But after the share split, will the price go up ? History never fails to repeat itself. Play right. Play smart.

Mr Muhammad Syafiq. The information you provided on dividend entitlement is not correct. It is not 30 April but 6 May 2015. If you are holding Takaful shares on 6 May 2015 at 4 pm, you will be entitled to the dividend. Please refer to page 5 of the latest 2014 Annual Report. Both in English and Bahasa.

Pillaty 15... 30th April is the ex-date for dividend, meaning if you sell the share one working day later, you are still entitled to the dividend.

Hello people. I am vindicated again. On 21/4/2015, I commented that the target price will be RM15.50. That day the price was RM14.35. Today morning it touched RM15.60. Those who had faith have been rewarded. Wait for the share split and it will climb further.

Share split is done automatically here. No need to do anything. Just wait. The EGM passed the resolution for the share split on Tuesday.. It should be completed by May end.If you have 1,000 shares now, it will become 5,000 shares after the split. Then the share price will be adjusted to around RM3.00. And then it WILL climb again. Let the good times roll.Based on the strong fundamentals, do not be surprised if it touches RM5.00 in one month. And then it is just the upward trend all the way.

Yesterday (14 May 2015 Thursday) at the BIMB (Bank Islam) AGM I asked the BIMB directors if they gave any loan to 1MDB. They said no. Today in the papers, Takaful has bought the sukuk loans issued by IMDB. BIMB is the majority shareholder of Takaful, And don`t forget. The major shareholder of BIMB is Tabung Haji. All the Malay based and Muslim based organisations are lending support to 1MDB.Tabung Haji and KWAP. Not sure what to say .

Yes dividends ex. Payment date 26 May. The x date of 25 May is for 1 share to 5 shares proposal. At 15.98 now price should adjust to around 3.20 on x date.

If you do not buy now, it is okay. Do buy after the share split. Make sure you keep at least one lot(1,000 shares) for long term. You will not regret it. The share price will move upwards even after the share split. Don`t be shocked if it touches RM4 in a few days. From there on it is up only. The fundamentals are excellent.
