68 cent pick up, 53.5 cents contra , only one third is contra , i was targeting more than 70 cents to sell, when i went home it's only 63 cents... eventhough that affin bannk has announced, i thought what was ridicolus shit is happening, then came scare feeling into me that it will reach 40.5 cents again, so i sell around 62 cents ... now i still don't understand at all what is happening, bloody hell

anbz, i lost more than u ,, i sold at 0.60 which i bought at 0.675. Luckily i was away during the heavy plunge or else i could have sold at 0.50 or worst at 0.45. After deep contemplating, puncak has been rejecting 4 times of such offer & it doesnt matter if it rejects one more time. KHSB has climbed from 0.38 & recent drastic fall proves me that if the deal is not on again, it may fall to the lowest which i dont know & with my limited bullets (not missiles like others) so i decided to sell in pain & surrendered myself. There are many counters that i can make profit & why i need to risk myself becos of this deal plus ge13 is around the corner. I still trust Mr Ooi's preaching but no one can beat the market.

Ooi Teik Bee never asked anybody to buy at whatever price if I can remember. He only said he was very confident that the deal would be done and the offer price is 76 sen. I still remember many people gave very negative comments about him when the deal was not announced on the last day of 28/2/13. Some even hinted that he was bluffing them, try to sell them his shares at high price. Then Ooi got angry and didn’t want to post any more here. Some implied this “con man” went MIA already because what he said about the deal did not materialized.

Even the deal is not true, should one blame him because he loses money? That reminds me of a e-friend of mine in i3investor. That was what he said below.

But was Ooi bluffing? The deal was announced at the price mentioned. There was even an announcement that the state government is trying to fetch a higher price, 10% above the offer price. The share went up again. Then there was no more news about the deal. The price dropped again. Then the blame game repeats itself.

Aiyah, execution of a deal takes time, doesn’t it? The deal was only announced 2 weeks ago. Why the state government don’t buy shares in the market to jack up its price? Is the job of the Selangor State Government to administer the state or to fry share price? Do they have the mandate to do it? Khalid and his state cabinet manipulate the share price of KHSB? The Menteri Besar of Selangor got nothing to do ah? You want your Menteri Besar everyday fries share to make money for you? BN spent billions to bribe the people in order that they vote for them. Of course that is not their money but the money of the Rakyat. You think the Menteri Besar of Selangor wants to manipulate KHSB to make you guys lose money, or cheats money from the Rakyat? How much, 100m?

I am a technical chartist, I know how to maximise my profit. I sold all at 0.66, I know the stock price will drop back because of big drop the previous day. This is my skill to maximise profit.

I buy back at 0.615 because 0.61 is a strong support. I am honest to tell you here.

and look also at his L&G, ha ha ha... there are so so so many property counters out there that are better for us to buy than what he has suggested. I wonder why he's not talking about KSL kah? Glomac Kah? Hua Yang kah? Mah Sing kah? Spsetia kah? too many of them which are fundamentally sound than this L&G, he must have bought a lot to promote. If he can clarify howcome he is not looking at these counters instead of L&G , we'll accept... i doubt so

For me there are many other property companies which are better than L&G. Yes, Hua Yang, MahSing, KSL etc. That is my opinion. But I can't make a conclusion that L&G is bad at all looking at its financial statement. Moreover I don't know about its Foreste Condo project at all. Hence I stay away from contempt of L&G because I could probably be wrong. OTB is a chartist and he looks at counters which interest him, chart-wise. Why should he look at the counters you are interested in and explain to you?

Do you think Ooi with his conviction in L&G as shown by him have not bought any L&G stocks? Does he have the fiduciary duty to tell you to buy first before he goes ahead to buy when the share price has gone up? Comon man!

Why is OTB been attacked time and again?

Did you play this counter? Bought on OTB's recommendation? If you did, did you lose money and now felt that OTB has misled you. If you did not why do you see fit to insinuate that OTB's honesty is suspect.

If you have reasons to believe that his confidence in the counter is misplaced, you would be doing the community here a service by tabling your facts or even insider information that says to the contrary. Otherwise your insinuations tantamount to slander.

Personally I have gone in and out a couple of times; win & lost but overall, I have profited from OTB's info.

I did not follow his call on L&G as it does not fit my investment criteria.

Have I missed something. Has the offered been rejected,lapsed or aborted. Until then please reserve your venom.

I bought my share at 0.40, buy again at 0.53 during big drop, sell all at 0.66.

I decided to buy all back at 0.615 because I believe this deal is a done deal.

I am still keeping all the shares, I do not intend to sell any share. Still hold tight until the deal is done.

I do not care about daily movement and volatility, I still believe KDEB buys at 0.76 or the high probability of buying at 0.83 is still dirt cheap based on my calculation. KHSB is worth at least RM 1.92 per share. The golden rule to invest in stock market is "Patience ! Patience ! Patience !". You should control emotion to invest wisely.

I think which party governs Selangor after election will also take this stock private because of big land bank in Selangor.

I am not the person who asks you to buy and I sell all my share. I will never behave this manner because my respect needs to be earned. I cannot afford to lose this credibility in the eyes of my students and all valued members in I3investor.com. I want to have a good karma here ..... I repeat.
