Relax guys...what I say above is the fact that the Selangor Govt seemed to have timed this. I say this becoz there was a quiet period until the announcement by selangor govt on the possible dissolution of assembly on apr 22. After the announcement only then this info came out. Remember the first announcement of 10 days before they confirm and after that it was quiet until the announcement of the dissolution 22 Apr.
