Just use Gov money to buy power plant, and later borrow more money from insurance sukuk, IPO raise money from public to support then to issue even more sukuk and secure oversea loan.... everything is borrow money... from Gov, raise capital from public, loan more from oversea

Contradict statement......YTLP + SIPP (sultan Johor) propose site at Johor, supply power to fast growing Iskandar region. Sultan Johor will fight fiercely in order to ensure Iskandar have enough power supply. On the other hand, 1MDB propose site at Negeri Sembilan to supply power to klang Valley

Klang valley doesn't need as much power as Iskandar... YTLP and Johor Sultan also proposed to build a smaller power plant in Seremban for the supply of south KV and nilai area...

Agreed, Iskandar is growing city, since Pasir Gudang power expire in 2015, it really need replacement now, which if secure only ready in 2018-2019 to ensure continuous supply of power to Iskandar region

There is no short supply of power to Klang Valley as it is situated in the central part of region, in which it can get supply power either from Negeri Sembilan or Perak, compared to southest part of Johor, Iskandar.

If news out, YTLP win 3B, share price will surge above RM 2.00 already....But if failed, nothing to loose, so long have cash hoard of RM 9.6b, there still plenty of opportunity to source especially water assets in Johor, could be acquire from Ranhill through YTL latest business partner: Sultan Johor
