If you are serious with your investment in YTL POWER. Please read this especially if you are attending to upcoming AGM on 12-December-2018.

I have been investing in YTL POWER for the past 10 years and i still believe this company is worth to invest or else i will sell my stocks.

However, i just few that the minority shareholders are not being treated fairly.

Base on 8.16 Billion shares

Do you know what YTL POWER MOBILE NETWORK segment has been making losses since 2011 ?
Do you know how much are the losses from this segment? The answer is RM 1.7 BILLION !!!
Which is RM 0.21 per share. Imagine if this money was distributed as dividend!!!

Why invest in Yes and it is not transparent at all that how YTL communication making money from Yes...
Furthermore, do you know what YES license was hold under YTL CORP the mother company?

Thr been almost 2 years plus, tat ows hv a 10-20 cents price gap between ytl and ytlp...

Think very soon the rumour of ytl will do share swap to privitise ytlp very soon again...lol

With the price between ytl and ytlp widen to almost 30 cents, i think really soon privatise of ytlp thru share swap will be pop up again in no time...lol

Is a norm lo...like ytl cement & e-solution, just share swap like tat...we minority mar, big fish eat small fish is norm is share market...

But to privitise ytlp, is way more complicated, due to it issued share volume and value is much much higher than the previous both...

High debt with low cashflow only worry... Once the 2 new power plants starts running in 2020... YTLP will worth 3.80... provided it hasn't privatise by YTL.... I would privatise YTLP now and relist YTLP back in 2020... to make free money =D
