This is common practice by institution investor, take for example, WCT, selldown it so heavy, non stop by EPF in last month till below RM 2.00, but now EPF is buying back again now.....many ???!!! unanswered.....Another example is UOAdev, EPF keep selling now....no surprise once UOAdev declare handsome dividend, EPF will buyback again....one example is YTL, apparently EPF is now selling despite at low price, but the fact is EPF is buying last few month when price is relatively high....!!!??

EPF have it own purpose, those in charge if have own connection with outsider, easily can manipulate particular stock price and get some 'rebate' from them. There is no accountability from epf holder at all, so long it can delcare some income to epf holder, then everyone is happy already. Same apply to unit trust holder, some fund manager even cannot trust it own research analyst report
