No matter how good is the FS or cashflow, if there are no "big" shareholder interpret the value, the stock wont be valuable.

Well... about 3.50 per share... would appear to be a win for TRIplcs shareholders... ok reasonable ok fair.... based on jaylohs writeup... and the recent market price...


But... more importantly...for this RPT deal to go thru... it must be a win to PUNCAKs MI....

Considering there are a lot of angry MI in PUNCAK due to its very low market price... and Rozali is not doing anything about it... instead is trying to do this RPT deal to selfishly unlock value for himself... r°Moi would say there must be at least a 30% discount to FV... to appease PUNCAKs MI.... for them to say yes...


So.... is your TPIplcs FV 5.00??

when share price is below (especially so much like Puncak now) net cash per share, I would prefer share buy back before venturing into any new business, M&As, or special dividend... So, I will vote NO to any venture or M&A but keep quite about special dividend.

What would happen to the share price of Puncak when Rozali announces the deal at RM 4 per share fir acquiring Triplc? It doesn't matter whether the deal on or off in the end. Rozali is still able to enjoy earning money even though the deal not pass through in the EGM. To him is simple.....either buy more shares of Puncak at cheaper price or cash out Triplc.....
