Maybe Rozali know the deal will not get minority shareholders' approval and delay the deal until he has disposed his interest in TRIPLC so he's allowed to vote in the deal? I will definitely voice out this concern to SC to make sure Rozali CAN'T vote in any deal with TRIPLC!!!

Triplc concession business is Build operate transfer under private and public finance initiative. Acquire concession business from triplc need fed gov approval and bond holder approval as it involve senior medium term note worth (MTN) RM 240m, and junior term note RM 60m that fund triplc first concession construction to be repay back by gov funding throughout 20 year concession period.

The approval is also needed from triplc another just newly secure MTN worth RM 630m to fund its another new concession which is still pending construction and involve even longer tenure 25 year concession.

angiess, 1.2 billion after delisting through capital repayment, Rozali will get at best 500-600 million. Why would he want to delist if he's controlling 1.2 billion now? I am only hoping that he would get fair, if not good, deals for shareholders, but definitely not crappy deals like the shin yang's plantation purchase...

Acquiring plantation is not that bad



Start to despair only if by end November there is no interim divvy

At current price.. only 22,464,200 ie 449,284,000 × 5% is needed for a 5% yield divvy

Compared to the billion cash in hand 22,464,200 is mere 2.2% only


Big interim divvy... Rozali... also needed by Lembaga Tabung Haji

No problem, I hold both Puncak and triplc. If Puncak acquire triplc even at premium, it will be big boost for Puncak as it will able to have construction contract RM 599m and steady income from concession. Its win win for both.

You can hardly guess how big the hole in construction segment. Peanut turnover but incurred huge losses. Not sure if there is any guarantee, warranties or contingency and obsolete assets have not been recognised in the book.

It's still acceptable if the losses were due to impairment of assets without involving cash. Now, Getting more cash are evaporated as Payable increased by 85 million and Piggy bank dropped 43 million.

Without sufficient number, there's little hope, with the right size, I believe SC will get involve. And despite my request before, none seems willing to participate, only bickering here and hope things will change for the good?

Wow, really unexpected loss it Puncak construction project, incur loss RM 87m. its now pressing issue for Puncak quciky acquire construction specialists triplc in order to revive Puncak.

These loss RM 87m if can save and just top up by another RM 100m, can easy take over entire triplc at its book value.
