根据历史数据，综指在2月的表现皆正面。

（吉隆坡8日讯）过去数据显示，2月总是马股走高的日子。专家认为，那些本身有利好的七大中型股，值得在首季买入。

大华继显证券研究指出，这包括联昌国际（CIMB，1023，主板金融股）、砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业股）、家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）、云升控股（YINSON，7293，主板能源股）、威铖（VS，6963，主板工业股）、喜力大马（HEIM，3255，主板消费股）和大马回教保险（TAKAFUL，6139，主板金融股）。

今年元月，富时隆综指按月跌7点或0.4%，收报在1684点，主要是投资者从12月的涨势中套利，加上预期企业财报和全球增长弱于预期。

不过来到2月，投资者可能迎来马股的涨势。联昌国际投行研究分析员今日在报告中指出，根据历史数据，综指在2月的表现皆正面。

过去10年的2月，录得平均0.7%的单月涨幅。若从过去40年来看，平均涨幅有2.3%。

分析员指出，2月的看点是月底的财报季节，以及国行在14日宣布国内生产总值（GDP）数据；外围则有中美贸易谈判、英国退欧和美国联邦政府预算。

“我们维持年底1638点的综指目标，是根据14.8倍的12个月先行本益比所计算。”

市场过于谨慎

虽然1月大市下行，但大华继显证券研究主管邱武益的首选股中，除了联昌国际都表现超越大市，按月增长5.1%，表现不俗的包括砂查也马特、家盟吉和亚通（AXIATA，6888，主板电信与媒体股）。

不过，他也认同当前市场情绪过于谨慎，转向防御投资策略，因此该行也减少押注在小中型股，但选出了数只在近期有催化剂的中型股。

2月值得买入的七大中型股：

联昌国际2019财年稳健

目标价：7.00令吉

2018财年第三季盈利改善、贷款增幅强劲和净利息赚幅稳定的展望，为2019财年更稳健的表现铺路。

印尼盾汇率表现稳定，让旗下印尼联昌商业银行（CIMB Niaga Bank）贡献更高盈利。

而且，近期美国转向鸽派可支撑印尼盾和印尼业务的净利息赚幅展望，进而激励股价走势。

砂查也马特盈利动力维持

目标价：4.00令吉

有望获得延长大道特许经营权至数年。该公司预计脱售大马磷酸盐添加剂（砂拉越）私人有限公司（MPASSB）股权，给新的国外策略伙伴。

我们预计砂拉越厂房达到完全利用率，加上今年有更多建筑活动，正面盈利动力可维持。

家盟吉料获泛婆工程

目标价：1.73令吉

手持订单22亿令吉，是2018财年营业额2.2倍。该公司料能获得泛婆罗州大道数项工程，有望今年上半年有结果。

获热烈反响的E’Island产业项目竟在本月推出，发展总值5亿令吉；One Jesselton项目料在下半年启动。

喜力大马末季净利料强劲

目标价：24.50令吉

2018财年末季净利料强劲，抵消市场担忧；去年销量有望再次写下年增超过5%的记录，次季现落后于其他罪恶个股的喜力大马股价。

大马回险盈利增幅可胜同行

目标价：5.82令吉

现处在2019财年9.8倍本益比，低平均水平1标准差；该公司可提高目前为50%的派息率，并将周息率提高至当前的5.2%以上。相比之下，同行目前处于4.0%。

2019财年保单收入增有望增19.1%，因与人民银行（Bank Rakyat）合作的银行保险贡献；借此盈利有望年增23%，为业界最高。

威铖多元化顾客支撑

目标价：1.10令吉

中美贸易战下的外国直接投资受益者，6个预期合约中有5个显示这优势。在获得新合约和更好的赚幅合约下，2020财年的盈利有望获约29%增长。

多元化的顾客群，是该公司长期展望的亮点。

一家工厂的储藏室突然起火，消拯员在逾一小时后成功扑灭火势。

（新山8日讯）一家工厂储藏室突然起火，工厂的紧急应对小组（ERT）一名成员在救援时跌倒受伤，被紧急送院治疗。

这起火患于今早8时左右，在新山快乐花园丽央23路的一家工厂储藏室内发生。

新山消拯局指挥官莫哈末法祖在现场召开记者会指出，消拯局于今早9时左右接获投报，共出动30名消拯员、5辆消防车、4辆消拯水槽车到现场。

他说，消拯员于今早10时30分左右成功将火扑灭，起火原因尚进一步调查。

他指出，该仓库大小约有20方尺x40方尺，占整个工厂面积的5%左右，而储藏室内存放一些物品，包括稀释剂及油漆等。

另外，莫哈末法祖指出，事发时该工厂紧急应对小组一名成员在支援时，也不幸摔倒，额头受伤，被紧急送院治疗。

他说，紧急应对小组的成员都是精心挑选，通过严峻的训练才能成为其中一员，因此该名成员奋不顾身的举动，值得民众表扬及敬佩。

另一方面，记者会上也发生小插曲，各媒体到达事故地点后，遭该工厂的女性负责人拒绝举行记者会，同时警告媒体不准摄影，令现场一度尴尬。
